Absolutely stunning place in the heart of downtown jonesborough

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is absolutely gorgeous, right in heart of the town. We plan on coming back afain.

Really fun staying in a historic building. Such a charming town. Really enjoyed walking through down Main st. Wonderful food at Grace Meadows Farms. Perfect getaway for my sister and I.

Awesome apartment in the perfect location!

This apartment checked all the boxes. Great view of the Christmas lights, plenty of room, clean, and walkable! No issues with parking and the stairs as mentioned in the other reviews are not so bad if you pack efficiently. Will stay again!

Fantastic stay!

We loved our time at this apartment. It was clean, bright, comfortable and a perfect location. We will be staying here again in the future. It is a very old building so expect creaking floors - we found that it added to the character of the place!

Such a great stay

We had such a great time staying in this apartment above the Christmas shop. Jonesborough is a beautiful little town full of charm and charming people. We spent 3 nights here and fell in love with the area. While the stairs to the third floor could be a challenge for some, we found it to be great exercise! We hope to make many return trips to the town and to this wonderful apartment building.

Stay in Jonesborough

We stayed at this awesome apartment in the historic downtown in Jonesborough. It was spacious and clean. Close to restaurants and a cool distillery. We would definitely go back.

Noisy Rental

Apartment was clean and entry instructions were good. That’s about all the positives. The mattress was so old and soft that it was impossible to sleep. The road and train noise was unbearable.

3rd floor apartment

Apartment was very large and well kept with plenty of character. Nice view out windows. Thoughtful touches. It is very close to street so traffic can be noisy at times. Host responded to my questions quickly. I would consider staying again.

Right in town

A very old historical apartment. We were on the 3rd floor which was great. The floor is beautiful but it creaks very loudly. I’ve been in construction my whole life and I know that very old buildings creak! Not sure I would want to be on 2nd floor, but the apartment is clean and very spacious. I would definitely recommend it, and happily stay there again. Our view was awesome!

This is an HUGE apt. GREAT location! Very clean. This is a 3floor walk up… 40 steps up& down. It’s very large… 22 steps each way from bedroom to bathroom. Wi-Fi does not connect. BUT, it’s a great location! 😊

Christmas Town

I was at this property for a few weeks before Christmas and the town was amazing! Weekend activities, a parade. All the fun things. Great place to stay. Needs some fixes, some paint is peeling here and there, a comfy couch would be nice, a bigger TV would help. I would go back. Stay here if you have a chance. The town stores and restaurants are only open Thursday through Saturday night. Oldest town in Tennessee!

Poor communication

The place itself is great! Very spacious and right in the center of downtown Jonesborough, making it very easy to get around and visit the cute shops. The parking is street parking or some of the nearby parking lots but nothing too far. The communication with property management was very poor, which is why I rated 3 stars instead of 5. The check in process was lacking, aka nonexistent. I never received any instructions for check in, and I had a hard time finding the entrance to the place. I had to message the property manager and when I received no response I called the property managers 4 times before receiving a response. The whole ordeal made it so I didn't get inside the place until an hour after I arrived. I would consider staying here again and recommending the place if the communication improves.

Super cute and conveniently located in downtown Jonesborough. Is in walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants and parking is easy to find.

Could not get in

Never got in and could not reach the property manager/ owner. Spend more than 30 minutes on vrbo help line with terrible connection before we gave up and went to a hotel.
