Welcome to Vista sui Vigneti ~ View of the Vines. As soon as you turn onto Warm Springs road your vacation will begin. Private and gated, newly remodeled home with spectacular views of vineyards and mountain tops. Centrally located between Sonoma and Santa Rosa giving you access to an extravagant variety of award winning wineries and fine dining.
View of the Vines is set up perfectly for families or small groups. The house has 2 main bedrooms, an office / bedroom and a bonus room. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, office/bedroom has trundle bed (sleeps 2), bonus room has queen sofa sleeper, family room has queen sofa sleeper.
The backyard is ready for enjoying warm summer nights next to the fire pit or you can wander out front and enjoy the amazing views from the hot tub or gazebo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a home chef would want.

We've stayed in six or seven different Kenwood rentals during our annual Sonoma sojourn. This was by FAR the best of them. The place was gorgeous, and--more important-- extremely well-maintained. Unlike other local experiences, the grounds were immaculate and EXACTLY as pictured. And Brenda was a welcoming host, always fast with a reply. Great (and clean!) barbecue grill, spacious kitchen, comfortable space to hang out, even a couple of old-time arcade-style video games in one of the TV rooms. Never done this before, but our plan is to specifically look this place up for our next wine country visit. Thank you, Brenda!

Beautiful property! The location is perfect for great hiking and excellent wines. The views from the yard are stellar. I can't say enough about the kitchen though. Excellent equipment with plenty of room to make quick meals before sitting outside drinking wine. Will book again.

Perfect getaway

Outstanding

This turned out to be the perfect place for us to stay while enjoying our 1st visit to Napa and Sonoma. The place is perfectly situated between Napa wineries and Sonoma wineries. But that's not what made this house perfect for us. What made it perfect was its cleanliness, and its overall appeal. When we come back to this area, we'll be looking at this place first before any other.

Wine Country Get-Away

This property was beautiful, clean and easy communication and checking with Brenda! It was way bigger than what we needed, but the price was perfect for the location we wanted. We were surprised to know we woke up each morning looking at the hillside of Kunde Winery, one of our favorites. We even spotted the house from the mountain too tasting Which was super cool. Overall a great place! We’ll be back :)

Could Not Have Been Better

This home is wonderfully appointed, clean and comfortable. It is delightfully off the beaten track but accessible to many Sonoma County gems. We had 4 adults and all were quite comfortable. One of the sofa beds noted in the description is really a trundle, so much more a bed than sofa which my adult daughter appreciated! Brenda made check in a breeze. Can’t wait to return sometime!

Beautiful, comfortable, great location

We had a great stay with our family, including small kids and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable. Appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and lots of towels provided too.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

Brenda was an incredible host! She answered my questions, provided a seamless check in & checkout experience and her property was clean and cozy. We had a group of 6 girls for a Bachelorette Weekend and it was the perfect fit for us along with having anything you could need or want to entertain. Being from Kenwood I was familiar with the area which made things very easy for me and for my group to get to. Bring clothes, groceries and this place has literally everything else!

Great getaway

My husband and I needed to get away for the weekend and we didn’t want to travel too far because we have a 16 month old toddler. Brenda was very responsive and checkin and out was a breeze. The hot tub was just what we needed after putting our daughter to bed. Every room had a television which is great if you’re sharing the house with a second family. Next time we hope to travel with another family. The house offers so many things to do but we ended up just having a lazy weekend indoors. I highly recommend Kunde Winery at the end of the day.

Great home in wine country

This is a fantastic rental to enjoy with friends for a weekend or longer in wine country! The house was perfectly set up for entertaining. Well stocked kitchen, great beds, terrific outdoor space including hot tub and fire pit. Very comfortable spaces for catching up and relaxing. Highly recommend!
