Beautiful waterfront property in Door County over looking the bay of Green Bay. Perfectly located on Bay Shore Drive 10 minutes north of Sturgeon Bay and 15 minutes south of Egg Harbor. This newly built, upper unit has a private entrance, 2 queen size beds and fold-up cot, full kitchen, full bathroom with a private toilet room and a full living room with balcony that overlooks Little Harbor for some of the most amazing sunsets in Door County. Enjoy your morning coffee from your private deck, watching the boats and our 3 Small Cavapoos and Chickens play in the yard:) We also have ***High Speed WiFi with Netflix and Live Stream Capabilities, also 4 - 1 person kayaks and a full size Old Town Canoe for use anytime during you stay! We have a nice variety of life jackets and water shoes also for use:). We look forward to meeting you!

Very clean, well supplied apartment. Sunsets over water were beautiful. Easy to get to all of Door County. Only con would be that our phones were on SOS when inside the apartment. Not sure if it was our phones or the area but it made it a very peaceful break!

Perfect cozy apartment! Everything we wanted on our special getaway! Clean, and well taken care of! We love that it was quiet and so close to everything we wanted to go in DC. Love the view of Green Bay. A very welcoming place to land. The hosts thought of everything we needed! I highly reccomend this place, a cozy place for 2!

This was an above garage apartment in the owner’s property. The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We had an awesome view of Lake Michigan and our own balcony which we grilled out on. It was a peaceful stay for our anniversary trip. We enjoyed the cayaks that were provided and floating on tubes we brought. The chickens and dogs were entertaining and Adam so kindly let us use his corn hike set as we had forgotten ours. It was a great place to stay to visit other places in Door County.

Adam's place is amazing! Exactly what the pictures show, the beds are comfortable, and you are right on the water. The views from the dock are incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. This place is a great home base for exploring door county. We also had to cancel one of our nights and with a weeks notice Adam gave us a refund for the night. Overall, this was the perfect place for our friends gathering!

We absolutely loved this place! Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Bathroom has towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. Bedroom has 2 really comfy beds, bedding and tons of soft and fluffy pillows. They have a grill and the view from the balcony is amazing! Relaxing by the fire in their really comfortable Adirondack chairs was the best!! Sitting by the water or relaxing on the pier. I would 100% recommend this place!

We enjoyed this beautiful space on the bay. It was a perfectly peaceful place to start and end the day. Our 10 year old enjoyed the swimming and kayaking. Thank you for opening your home. We would definitely come back!

We were looking for a nicely appointed accommodation in a peaceful, beautiful location, and this apartment was a great fit. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake was a real treat, as was swimming in the lake. This place had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. Highly recommended!

Exactly what we needed! Unfortunately we weren't able to use the kayaks Adam and his family provided because there was so much stuff to do in the surrounding area that we ran out of time. Great location, kind hosts, and cute puppies.

Fourth of July weekend

Property is very well maintained and is in close proximity of neighboring cities in Door County. Spacious area for a couple and has great view of waterfront.

Gorgeous and peaceful!

We absolutely loved this stay. It was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals - which we did - and complete with lots of fun coffee options! The dining and living room areas were roomy and every tastefully decorated. It was such a peaceful and calming vibe! The colors and the floors were just beautiful; I wish we'd been able to stay a few more days! Other than food, there wasn't anything else we needed to get by for the time we were there! The beds were soooo comfortable and it was such a quiet neighborhood that we were able to keep the window open at night. The bathroom was a perfect size and nice and clean! There was a balcony that overlooked the yard (complete with chickens that were very quiet and fun to watch) and three of the sweetest puppies you will ever meet! We were treated to a gorgeous view of the lake. It was the perfect morning coffee spot and had a pretty view of the evening sunset. There is no question we would stay here again. The property was extremely well maintained and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to town to get a few groceries as needed, but secluded enough that you didn't realize it was that close! We found it to be extremely relaxing and welcoming after a long day spent exploring the areas of beautiful Door County. Best of all, the owners were so kind and gracious! We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay here! Five stars!!
