Welcome to PACIFICO L208, a tropical paradise designed for comfort and relaxation. Set on the second floor, this tastefully decorated two-bedroom condo offers views of two different pools and the poolside bar and grill.

Our company manages 100+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex with tennis, pickleball, basketball and soccer. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Guests have private access of the condo and balcony. PACIFICO amenities like the pools, sports complex and Beach Club are shared with other guests.

The large kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar that seats four, is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying casual dining. The open-concept living area features a cozy couch and loveseat, and a 50" Smart TV with digital cable, creating a perfect spot for unwinding after a day of adventures. The covered terrace, with a dining table for four, provides a serene space for al fresco meals, with the added benefit of privacy and partial pool views.

The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat with direct access to the terrace, a king-size bed, and a 42" Smart TV with digital cable. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities, a water closet, and a shower stall, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The second bedroom is at the front of the unit and offers a queen-size bed and ample closet space, making it ideal for family or friends. A shared full guest bathroom is easily accessible from the common areas, adding to the convenience of this well-appointed condo. With an in-unit stacked washer and dryer, guests can enjoy the ease of home-like amenities during their stay. Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
