Bromelias 6 sits just a 1-MINUTE WALK from the beach, has TWO PRIMARY SUITES, and is beautifully decorated throughout. This unit is great for both couples and families thanks to the optional King or 2 Twin Bed configuration in the second bedroom.
Enjoy pool & nature view front balcony, open living/kitchen/dining space, and interior dining space for 5. After a day at the beach, relax in the comfortable living space and cook (or enjoy delivery/takeout!) in the fully equipped kitchen.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Vacation Specialists are available to help you plan your trip, including transportation, tours, boat trips, private chefs, spa services, and local recommendations.
• Guest Support Team members will be your primary point of contact for any questions related to the home before and during your stay.

The condo is in the Las Palmas neighborhood; a community of condo complexes along the beach in Playas del Coco. The entrance to Las Palmas is flanked by two large plazas which are home to a small grocery store, many restaurants, a coffee shop, and day spas. The area is a mix of full-time ex-pats, vacationers, and locals. It has awesome walkability and you can easily get to the beach and to town.
Guests have full, private access of the unit. The pool and laundry facilities are shared with 7 other units in the complex.
This condo is set in a small complex of just 8 units with a beautiful shared pool and shared laundry facilities.
