The Northern Kingdom at the Hideout just a short walk to the pool.

Come and relax in our raised ranch vacation home. Nestled in the Hideout community we have everything to make your next getaway a memorable one. We are within walking distance to a pool, park and tennis courts. There are many additional activities within the Hideout to occupy you for days. If you just want to stay in hang, we have you covered there too! You can hang on the large deck, swing in the hammock, play bag toss, or play the many games we have in the house.
Our house has 3 bedrooms with common area downstairs with a queen bunk bed with a twin on top. It comfortably sleeps 9. With a large kitchen and many staples you can stay in and cook. There is also a grill, one side is a smoker and the other gas, on the front deck. There is a wine fridge with a coffee bar set up. Each floor has a full bath; the upstairs bathroom has a heated floor for you to use if you are staying in the winter months. Off the kitchen is a tv room with a L shaped couch and recliner. The house is equipped with a strong wi-fi signal. We are well stocked with dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Linens and towels are also provided.
 
The Hideout is a gold star private community with 24/7 secured, gated access.  Indoor and outdoor amenities year-round  (some may include a fee and/or reservation). We supply you with 6 guest passes to use the amenities.
Pool & Beaches: two outdoor swimming pools and two beaches. The main pool has a tiki bar and a food stand.

Golf Course: Located in the North Section of the community, The Hideout Golf Course features 9 challenging holes totaling 3,344 yards of green expanse.
There is also a clubhouse adjacent to the course and a recreation center. The Recreational Sports Complex: has an arcade, ping-pong, fitness center and indoor courts

Ski Hill: ski mountain, snow tubing and a natural ice skating rink, dependent on weather conditions and MUST reserve in advance with the Ski Hill.  Rental Shop has skis, snowboards and ice skates for rent. Ski School offers lessons for skiing and snowboarding.

Roaming Woods Lake (1.9 miles) - can rent jet-skis, powerboats, and other types of water-crafts.

There are additional things to do outside of the Hideout. There are many towns to explore in the area, along with Lake Wallenpaupack a short drive away.


Please be aware that there is no smoking on premises, no parties, and no pets permitted.

****Please Note: Hideout isa secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $40 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
