What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home is located pretty close to our next door neighbors home. Although she and her husband are quiet, sometimes you can hear them talk when they walk into and out of the side entrance of their house.
- There is plenty of parking on the street, but parking in front of the house can be tight sometimes for our guests and our neighbor.
Our house comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 1 Queen size bed in the bedroom and Queen size foldable mattress for the living room area.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, dishes and utensils.

I'm super excited to host you during your stay here in Tampa! I relocated to the east coast of Florida, from Massachusetts, and then to Tampa in February 2021. I decided to become a host to welcome and meet new people traveling to Tampa from different parts of the county and the world.
