Summary:

The Flats on Church Street - #202 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located within a duplex. This unit, one of two identical units on the property, has been thoughtfully designed by renowned architects Johnsen Schmaling Architects of Milwaukee.



Located in the heart of Egg Harbor, the duplex is within walking distance of all the village has to offer.



The Space:

Measuring 1500 sq ft, the Flat features a kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities needed to prepare meals. The open concept living area includes table seating for 8, and large sliding glass doors that open to a private patio. The patio has comfortable seating around a gas firepit and a gas grill.



This home can sleep up to 6 guests in its bedrooms and up to 8 guests in total with the addition of a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Fast WiFi is available to keep you connected during your stay, or to allow you to enjoy your favorite streaming services.



Flat #201 is one of two identical units on the SAME PROPERTY, each with a private entrance.



The Neighborhood:

Egg Harbor is centrally located. The rest of the Door Peninsula is just a short drive away. The Flats on within walking distance is all of Egg Harbor and the many great shops, restaurants and bars it has to offer.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for getting around the many towns of the Door Peninsula. Our central location allows you to walk or bike to downtown Egg Harbor within minutes. The rest of the Peninsula is a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

As the developers, hosts and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies. The cozy linens we provide are professionally laundered by our staff.



We have a small team that helps us take care of all the details at our properties, but we are not a large rental management company that has lost the personal connection with our guests. We strive to provide the best of both worlds: professional service with a personal touch.

Clean and well-stocked

We loved staying here! The pictures are very accurate. The property was clean and felt as though we were the first ones to ever stay there. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and dishes, pots, pans needed to cook and eat-in. We loved the little fire pit outside, and used the grill a couple times.We walked into town and to the marina easily, and also traveled to all the neighboring towns by car. It was nice to come back to such a comfortable condo in Egg Harbor.

Tranquility on Church Street

This property was perfect for our family. It is beautiful with a lovely patio in the back with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is well—stocked for preparing a meal. There is a very large table where we were able to play games in the evening. We walked the few blocks to downtown several times to some great restaurants and to watch the sunsets. Rob and Suzie were great—kept in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet place during the busy season in Door County. Very Peaceful!

Modern retreat

If you love modern architecture, this is the place for you! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well appointed for a long or short stay. Great location-Walk to downtown egg harbor/marina. The hosts were welcoming and great communicators at every step. This house is also a great alternative to a more traditional resort.. would definitely stay there again,

Beautiful apartment close to everything

Wonderful girls weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend in Egg Harbor and surround Door County! We loved the location being walking distance from shops, restaurants, and the lake! We loved the layout of the condo and the firepit/patio area. The only thing to improve would be the living room furniture as it was not super comfortable for 6 adults to lounge for a movie at the end of the night, but not a deal breaker by any means. Thank you for sharing this space with our group and would love to book your place again in the future!!

Great place in Egg Harbor

Overall the #202 on Church Street was amazing! They had a Christmas tree and some table decor which really added to the season and ambiance. There are so many lights in the place which was great especially since it gets darker earlier this time of year. The bathrooms both have the double sink so that was great as it was myself, my husband and our mothers (this was our gift to our moms!) The kitchen had all the amenities you’ll need and outside had a gas grill so I’m sure that comes in handy for a lot of people. The bedrooms were all so spacious with large closets and bedside tables! Dining area and the island area are where we spent a lot of time visiting, eating and playing games which were right in the property! My only issue would be that when we arrived there was snow on the sidewalk to the entrance. Not a huge deal for most people but we had elderly ladies with us so we did look for a shovel. There wasn’t a shovel but there was salt so my husband threw salt down on the sidewalk. I would recommend having a shovel in the unit for the next guests. I also did text the host to let them know there was an issue with the door handle in the bathroom off the dining area and they did not respond so I’m hoping that gets repaired. Overall I took a star down just because of the snow situation (it was snowing before we left yesterday morning as well). However, this would not deter me from staying here in the future or recommending the Flats to other people.

Great stay in Egg Harbor!

We had a wonderful time at The Flats. It was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. An added plus is its location. It's just a few minutes walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed it very much and would rent here again.

Beautiful, immaculate unit in Egg Harbor

We spent three days in Egg Harbor with our daughters and granddaughter at this property. It was stocked perfectly—the kitchen was delightful to work in and the bathrooms were luxurious. A short walk and we were at the lake and wonderful restaurants. Owners were great and pleasant to communicate with. We all loved the whole experience.

Wonderful Door County Get Away

This property was just as lovely as it looked on the listing. New and roomy. Good quality appliances, and a nice gas grill and modern fire pit on the patio. Egg Harbor is a nice, central location for Door County, and this property was an easy walk to downtown Egg Harbor for groceries, galleries, shopping and restaurants. I would stay again.
