Themed Family Villa, Fabulous Resort Close To Disney

This luxurious five bedroom / five bathroom, vacation villa is the perfect destination for family get togethers or two families sharing.

Located in the beautiful Windsor Hills Resort - a secure, gated community located less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World - guests also have access to: a fabulous waterpark area (featuring zero entry lagoon-style pool, wheelchair accessible splash splash pad / children’s play area and water slides), clubhouse, fitness center, game room and plenty of other family activities.

Featuring a large private heated pool/spa, Star Wars themed games room with, air hockey and Fussball - this holiday paradise villa is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the parks. Our fully air-conditioned accommodation sleeps 10 comfortably and includes:

• Bedroom 1 - Master suite with King bed, ensuite bath. (Downstairs)

• Bedroom 2 - Master suite with King bed, ensuite bath and tv. (Downstairs)

• Bedroom 3 - Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and TV (Downstairs)

• Bedroom 4 - Two Twin beds with TV

Bedroom 5 - Two Twin beds with TV

2 x Bathrooms (both with tubs) upstairs

The open floor plan of the common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook, allows ample space for everyone to spread out, yet relax together. The family room has an HD smart TV and a large sliding door that leads onto the pool deck with tables, sun loungers and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar that seats 4, a breakfast nook that seats 6 and an additional dining area that seats for 8.

There is a detachable toddler pool safety fence and a private swimming pool & spa (which can be heated for an additional charge).

Some additional amenities include: high speed 400mbs wireless internet, washer and dryer, plastic dishes & drink ware for use around the pool, iron & ironing board, linens, towels, pool towels, hairdryers in each bathroom, strollers, high chair, children’s toys, games and costumes.

Great place close to Disney

There was room for everyone (5 adults, 3 kids) and the kids loved the themed rooms and the pool. While we never made it to the community waterpark, it was great to have the option. The only issue we had with check-in was the sheer number of people that were trying to check in at the same time. It was super easy to get to Disney with World Drive just a couple of miles down the road.

The property was as pictured and very well maintained. Everything was clean and we had all of the items we needed. Although my kids are now older, I liked the fact that they had a lot of baby/toddler items available if needed. We did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay. We would stay again, thank you so much.

Incredible place. The house and community are just as entertaining as Disney in the parks.

Awesome place. Highly secured gated entrance with extremely professional staff. Excellent pool and facilities for kids and adults with legit waterslide park attached. Great arcade area and very convenient general store for basic supplies for the house, drinks and ok food by the pool, etc.. The house itself was amazing. It is massive and comfortable. It has a great pool for the kids. It has a game room that is so fun and my kids absolutely flipped about it. We have a video of them seeing the house for the first time and when we open the door to the fun game room, they absolutely freaked out. It was worth the price of admission, which by the way is extremely reasonable for what you get. If I ever go back to the Disney area, I would stay here again without a doubt – no questions asked. Especially if you have children, this is an awesome place to stay and is proximate to all the parks (About a 15 minute ride to the Disney parks.). Highly recommend and exactly as advertised. My ONLY gripe/recommentstion is that they give you the address of a back gate that is for owners only and you have to reroute to the visitor date, which is only a three minute drive but confusing why they would provide a non-accessible gate for an address.

Very nice house

The house is very well taken care of. The pool was not heated when we arrived when I paid for it to be, but after talking with the property manager, people were sent out to fix the issue. Getting into the property was very difficult the first day. We waited in line for over an hour to get through the gate. Upon your initial arrival, stay on the left lane! Other than those issues, the house was beautiful and we had a great stay.

Wonderful Home

This home is quiet, clean and has so much space for a group. It was the perfect retreat after a day at the park. We loved using the pool, and the neighborhood was great for walking.

No on site parking

Love the area. Stayed many times in the past. Had informed property who was staying,driving etc and had 4 cars, as always. 2 on site 2 we park in overflow lot.....got to the gate they wouldnt allow my oldest of 3 daughters on property , said we were only allowed 3 vehicles. so we had to abandon her car in walmart parking lot for 3 days. Very inconvenient and unsafe. Pool area was dirty, game room air hockey didnt work. House is nice, but the parkimg situation was horrible.

Nice home overall

We stayed Nov 2024 for 11nights. Overall it was a good home lots of space, location was amazing. The pool wasn’t very clean many weeds growing through the bricks. The screened in portion had multiple rip’s making it inviting to critters (squirrels, frogs, and even a raccoon on our last day) The rugs definitely didn’t get vacuumed before we checked in, as we found lots of crumbs and an earring, jelly beans, etc. we also found multiple candy and peanut wrapped in the games room. The beds and bathrooms appeared clean and lots of towels in the house which was great. The kitchen had everything we need to make simple meals. Was great to do a few loads of laundry (definitely cut down on amount we had to pack) Location to universal and Disney was great and there was a Walmart 5 mins away. Kids went swimming at the water park one day which was a very nice facility, and the little playground was nice and very close to the house. Overall was pretty good just wasn’t a clean as we had expected when you are paying a cleaning fee you would hope the rugs would have at least been vacuumed. Few things needing repair or replacement ie: dinning room blinds (dangerous for very small children as there where broken and have long strings hanging down), and the pool screens

The pool was dirty and we were charged for linen that was not correctly inventoryed.

The house itself was very nice. We booked it for the pool specifically which was very dirty including the lounge chairs we couldnt even sit on them.

Nice place

Close to all parks avoids the route 4 nightmare. Only issue is small ants in kitchen which can be avoided by not leaving open food out on counter and stove.

Great location for Disney and surrounding areas.

The villa was easy to find, the check in process was easy and we had good Communications with the owners. There were a couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the pool. However this was resolved after 3 days. I would have liked a few more pots and pans for cooking. All that said , the issues were minor and didn’t detract from a GREAT Family holiday.

No AC for 2 days

The ac don’t not work the first two days of my stay. The property manager was notified of this and sent 3 portable units to cover the main level, this was not sufficient for I only was comfortable in a portion of the home I have reached out to the host with no response back as well as your customer service who said they could do nothing because I had check out Needless to say I will never use your service again

Very nice roomy property - as described in the listing. Family-friendly home with garage converted into a game room and spacious pool area. Basic kitchen equipment and plenty of beach towels. The unit needs more hangers. Highly recommend.

Better than staying at a Disney Resort!

With our group of 7, staying at a Disney Resort would cost so much more $$. Not to mention, you’re obligated to eat Disney food for every meal… $$$. We’ve stayed at several different WDW resorts and the campground, too pricey now!! Even the resort buses are less convenient than the short drive (15 minutes) to each park. WDW resort guest get a few advantages on rides but still less $$ to get Genie+ and Lightning Lanes for everyone. The house is great! The kids, ages 10-17, spent a lot of time in the game room! The resort pool/water slides were great! We did not take advantage of other activities available like pickle ball and a movie theater on site. Walmart 5 min. Too many restaurants to count within a couple miles and even a Water Park! My only request would be a new spatula or 2 and some oven mits. So, if that’s my biggest complaint, it was pretty great!! Thanks to those who made our family vacation a more affordable, comfortable, and memorable one!!

Home away from home!

We loved it! All the comforts without staying in a hotel. The pool was wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space. The kids loved the game room and it was a nice to do a couple loads of laundry. Less packing for our trip. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

This was a great place to stay for a family of 8. We all had plenty of room and had the ability to have your own space. This house had the basic necessities that we needed. There were a few things that we noticed had slight damage but still worked perfectly fine and did not impact our comfortability. The children loved the themed bedrooms, the game room and of course the pool.
