Studio of 15 m2 located on the 4th and last floor of an old building in the historic center of Dinan, city of art and history. <br>Ideally located to visit the city and its architectural treasures and not far from the other must-see sites of the region: Emerald Coast, Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel.<br>Quality restaurants can be found at the foot of the building.<br>Wifi connection.<br>The studio is located on the 4th and last floor of an old building with a steep and narrow period staircase, difficult to use for people with locomotor problems or fragile hearts.<br>Complicated also with large suitcases....<br>It is composed of a living room with kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, dolce gusto coffee machine).<br>A bathroom (not closed by a door but by a bamboo beaded curtain) with shower and toilet.<br>A bed (140x190) on a mezzanine where you can't stand up completely.<br>The steps are also steep enough to access this mezzanine.<br>Bed linen and towels are provided.<br>Access to the studio is via a key box from 4 p.m.<br>Other remarks<br>From 8 April to 24 September, road traffic is prohibited in the area around the studio from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.<br>Outside this slot, a few seats are available just below the studio with record for a period of 20 minutes (the time to pack the suitcases...).<br>Paid parking lots are 5 minutes away: Duclos, Duguesclin, St-Sauveur and at the bottom of Rue de la Mittrie. The first 30 minutes are free.<br>Free parking is located behind the castle (10 minutes)<br><br>Thursday morning is market day in the Duguesclin and Duclos parking lots; so you can't park there.
