Relax with family and friends at this spacious luxury townhome featuring all the amenities you will need for an amazing mountain vacation. This 4 bed, 4 bath home is 2440 sq.ft., plus 250 sq.ft. of outdoor space. Beautifully re-modeled, one-level with open concept floorplan, including floor to ceiling windows, vaulter ceilings, hardwood floors and much more! This unique home you are sure to enjoy year round while soaking up the Sierra Blanca Mountain View’s, or enjoying yourself out on the town.
Occupancy Limit: 10 guests
- Living room with gas fireplace, 2 reclining chair sofas.
- Dining area with seating for 8 at the main table and seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
- Full kitchen with everything needed to cook, prep, and serve a meal.
- 250 sq.ft. private patio with gorgeous mountain views.
- Primary bedroom with king bed, attached bathroom with shower/tub combo, and private access to the patio.
- Second bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Third bedroom with king bed and guest bathroom with shower/tub combo right across the hall.
- Fourth bedroom (kids room) with 4 full size beds and attached bathroom.
- Laundry area with full size Washer and Dryer.
- Availability to park two cars in covered carport.
Minimum age requirement to rent: 25
This house is located at an elevation of approximately 7,550 ft.
Icy and snowy conditions do exist at the property so guests must be careful when walking and driving. We highly encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months.
Please remove shoes in entryway and do not wear shoes on the carpet.
Do not feed wildlife or leave trash outside.
Please do not move furniture within the unit.
*** Guests should familiarize themselves with local and state laws, including public health orders, that may be in effect during their dates of travel. ***
Check-In:
Check in is at 4:00 PM. Early arrival is an option (with an added fee), if housekeeping has completed cleaning from previous guests. Early arrivals MUST be arranged in advance. We strongly encourage you to check into the property before 7:00 PM. We are a small community with limited services available after hours.
Check-Out:
Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out IS available for an additional fee as long as no reservation is scheduled to arrive the same day. Late check-out will be considered but MUST be arranged in advance. Refunds will not be available for departures earlier than reserved departure date. Unapproved late check-out may be subject to late check-out fees, additional night stay charge added or, potential removal of belongings from property after reasonable attempts have been made to notify you of unapproved late check-out.
Trash:
All trash must be put in secured plastic bags and placed into the dumpster facilities, located just a few minutes from the property. If trash is left in the unit you may be charged an extra cleaning fee depending on the amount of trash left behind.
Quiet Enjoyment:
You are responsible to observe and respect the quiet enjoyment of neighboring property. Loud music and/or vehicles are not permitted. Complaints against your group may result in loss of your reservation and you may be asked to leave the premises should it persist. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
Conduct of Children:
Parents are responsible for the general conduct of their children at all times. Damage to the rental property or personal property at the unit is the responsibility of the parent. Children must respect quite enjoyment of neighbors.
Reasons extra charges may be incurred or requested from VRBO:
– Any abuse, damage or theft.
– Any indication that a guest has been smoking indoors.
– Any indication that a pet was brought without permission.
– Any need for housekeeping beyond what would be considered “normal”. (This includes but is not limited to trash, dishes, etc.)
– Moving or re-arranging furniture.
