This house is located at an elevation of approximately 7,550 ft.
Icy and snowy conditions do exist at the property so guests must be careful when walking and driving. We highly encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months.
Please remove shoes in entryway and do not wear shoes on the carpet.
Do not feed wildlife or leave trash outside.
Please do not move furniture within the unit.

Check-In:
Check in is at 4:00 PM. Early arrival is an option (with an added fee), if housekeeping has completed cleaning from previous guests. Early arrivals MUST be arranged in advance. We strongly encourage you to check into the property before 7:00 PM. We are a small community with limited services available after hours.
Check-Out:
Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out IS available for an additional fee as long as no reservation is scheduled to arrive the same day. Late check-out will be considered but MUST be arranged in advance. Refunds will not be available for departures earlier than reserved departure date. Unapproved late check-out may be subject to late check-out fees, additional night stay charge added or, potential removal of belongings from property after reasonable attempts have been made to notify you of unapproved late check-out.
Trash:
All trash must be put in secured plastic bags and placed into the dumpster facilities, located just a few minutes from the property. If trash is left in the unit you may be charged an extra cleaning fee depending on the amount of trash left behind.
Quiet Enjoyment:
You are responsible to observe and respect the quiet enjoyment of neighboring property. Loud music and/or vehicles are not permitted. Complaints against your group may result in loss of your reservation and you may be asked to leave the premises should it persist. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
Conduct of Children:
Parents are responsible for the general conduct of their children at all times. Damage to the rental property or personal property at the unit is the responsibility of the parent. Children must respect quite enjoyment of neighbors.
Reasons extra charges may be incurred or requested from VRBO:
– Any abuse, damage or theft.
– Any indication that a guest has been smoking indoors.
– Any indication that a pet was brought without permission.
– Any need for housekeeping beyond what would be considered “normal”. (This includes but is not limited to trash, dishes, etc.)
– Moving or re-arranging furniture.
