Impresionante de 3 pisos, 4 dormitorios, 4 baños, ofrece impresionantes vistas desde la casa con aire acondicionado de 2,900 pies cuadrados a las afueras de Ruidoso, Nuevo México. Más de 3 acres de propiedad montañosa proporcionan privacidad y un amplio espacio para practicar senderismo, ciclismo y caminar. Disfrute de escenas impresionantes de la cubierta de madera de gran tamaño y patio privado dormitorio principal. Además, un área de recreación y fogatas de piedra al aire libre recientemente agregada con cómodos asientos, bloques de gran tamaño al aire libre de Jenga, balones de fútbol, frisbees y juegos brindan horas de relajación bajo los altos pinos con un telón de fondo de las montañas de Sierra Blanca y Ski Apache. The home was very clean. Everything was as listed for the home. Donald, the homeowner was very helpful and only a call/text away. He checked in daily with me to make sure all was good. He even sent me the weather updates as a snowstorm was to be coming in. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful/clean home to stay in.

I don’t even know where to begin! We decided to rent Donald’s wonderful cabin for 5 days to celebrate Christmas in the mountains. The experience was beyond excellent. He was extremely attentive and checked in frequently to make sure our stay was comfortable and saw to it that we had everything we needed. His beautiful property is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need. We were able to cook great meals, use the fireplace and fire pit with more than enough firewood availabe, and slept comfortably on the cushy beds with plenty of linens and pillows. Everything was clean and well organized. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toilet tissue and laundry room was stocked as well. We didn’t run out of anything! The mountain views from all balconies were gorgeous. We took so many pictures and now we have some great memories. He offered suggestions on some holiday venues in Ruidoso. Just overall a great host and great stay. We would definitely come back.

Everything was very clean and easy to use. the space was cozy and the cabin vibes were exactly what we were looking for. we did not get to spend a ton of time at the home due to planned activities, which we were disappointed in because it was such a good space. Would definitely stay again. There were 4 beds to sleep 8 people, and then probably 1 person per couch space to fit 10 people, but we brought an air mattress so that only 1 person needed to use a couch.

Gorgeous CLEAN cabin with breathtaking views!

Donald’s cabin is in a gorgeous location that offers privacy and a little seclusion. Incredibly clean and well stocked cabin and the fantastic beds will make it hard to get yourself out and about because they are so comfortable. Views are amazing and the outdoor sitting area is stocked for roasting smores and enjoying each others company. This place is so amazing that the hardest part was going off to enjoy the sights and activities of Ruidoso because this cabin will make you want to stay in!

The Host is an amazing person. Very caring and helpful with anything you need. This beautiful house was so cozy & extremely clean! We had 4 kids and 6 adults. Very spacious, gorgeous views! Nice deck with a big table. All the beds are comfy. Everyone slept so good! Kitchen has all you need. All the bathrooms are a nice size.Outdoor area with fire pit is really cool & the swings. Lots of deer, so that was cool for the kids.You won't be disappointed!!

Great views and location

The cabin is well located on the outskirts of Ruidoso. Its an easy drive to recreational areas of Ski Apache and the nearby snow tubing place.Pros - The main floor and upper floor look new and upgraded. The deck has great views. Cons - The basement could use a slight face lift. The final climb to the front of the garage is tricky and could be outlined in the welcome package instructions. Donald was reachable throughout and a great host.

AMAZING!! We have stayed in several properties in Alto/Ruidoso over the years and this was the absolute best. The views are absolutely stunning! Communication with owner was like no other. I really felt like he cared that we had the best time ever! He even took the time to mail my sons air pods he left behind. House is super clean, well stocked and has a great layout and location!

Wonderful weekend

We loved our stay at this cabin, it was clean (which is a must for me), location was perfect for a family tired of the city we got what we needed a quiet relaxing weekend. We had no issues what so ever. Property manager reached out to us before arriving making sure we knew everything we needed to know and kept checking on us through out our stay. We had no issues at all cabin is just as pictures show but much better in real life everything was so clean and perfect. Highly recommend this cabin, it’s definitely on top of our list now and can’t wait to go back.

Excellent place to stay

This is a terrific place - everything is exactly as advertised and the pictures don't do it justice. The view is spectacular and the sunsets were amazing. The cabin itself is very nice and clean. Lots of room for everyone. Donald was was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Great Get Away for Relaxation

Very nice relaxing property. Great views of mountain peak and small valley below. Furnished nicely. Property manager/owner was quite kind, communicated well, and was responsive to any needs. We were quite pleased with this rental experience!

Beautiful getaway for the New Year

The home is beautiful and was a great family getaway. The views are fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet, and the home is not too far from downtown Ruiodoso. The owner always kept in touch to make sure our stay was perfect and even sent weather updates when a snow storm was coming. We will definitely visit again.

Great Christmas In New Mexico

Enjoyed a very nice Christmas in New Mexico! The house was wonderful in a gorgeous setting and there was plenty of room for all 9 adults in our family plus our 10 month old granddaughter celebrating her first Christmas! Mr. Munoz was a fantastic host who checked on us periodically to be sure that everything went well on our stay! Would definitely go back!

Simply amazing!

Wow! Stunning and that was just the cabin. The details put into the property was amazing! A cute little welcome sign a small gift for us to take home. The cabin was fully stocked and communication with host was fast and easy! Everything from a welcome text to a less than 5 minute response to my questions. This has by far been the BEST BnB stay ever! Might I add how clean this property was! This coming from a clean freak! The views? Fantastic! I am beyond grateful for this find truly an amazing property!

Gorgeous views

If gorgeous views and multiple outdoor spaces are what you are looking for this home has you covered. Loved seeing all the wildlife every day-deer,elk and birds. Kids loved the swings and playing horseshoes. House was stocked with all the essentials…coffee,paper products,spices etc. Mr Munoz was very helpful with any questions we had. We all decided that it was a great vacation in New Mexico.

Amazing, Mountain Retreat

After not being able to gather as a family for 18 months due to COVID, we rented this amazing Alto cabin for our family reunion. The property is amazing! The perfect combination of breath taking vistas with first rate accommodations. Additionally, the owner is great. He made sure that we had everything we needed to have a great time at this amazing, mountain retreat. Can't wait until we get to come back!

Comfortable Home to Relax and Explore Ruidoso and Alto

Our family most enjoyed the different outdoor areas at the house to eat, play, swing, read, relax. There was always one of them in the shade which is nice in the summer. The house was very clean and well stocked with nice amenities (soft PB towels, comfortable beds, nice soaps / detergents, etc). The location has wonderful views of the mountains all around, which is why we chose the house.

Excellent family retreat

This spacious house had lots to do inside and outside, and beautiful views for when we just wanted to sit and relax. The kids didn't want to leave! Great location -- pretty isolated with lots of animal sightings, but close enough to other things you could want to do. Donald was a wonderful host.

Super clean and wonderful views

We had a getaway with a group of 3 families! The property was spacious enough for all to have their own space! The property was clean and well maintained. The kids had the best time with the mule deer that visited the property daily!

Quiet seclusion

As the elder (and therefore financier) of our Father’s Day get away we wanted a nice place to retreat from the summer heat and enjoy quality family time. That Is what we found...but much more was enjoyed. The owners have kept this property in pristine condition. The property is very clean, well stocked, and Has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. A major bonus is the owner actually checked on us throughout the two day stay to make sure all was well. This weekend get away was very relaxing mainly because of this fantastic property!

We have stayed here several times. The house is perfect, beautiful views, and we have had deer come up and visit every single time. The owners are so friendly, accommodating, and make sure you feel welcome in their home. Our favorite place to stay when we visit a Ruidoso!!

In the winter, snowfall makes this home an enchanting destination you will not want to leave. In the summer, it is the premier place to get away from the heat and enjoy the fresh outdoors. We enjoy sharing our 2 properties with guests and the best our mountain village has to offer.
