Ideally located with sea view and swimming pool in Antibes - Juan Les Pins, 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach and shops!<br>Our apartment designed for 4 people is fully equipped, air-conditioned, fiber Wi-Fi, located in a luxury residence with swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 30th) and private parking space in underground garage (no extra charge).<br>The green environment of the Exflora Park located opposite will offer you one of the best settings for successful stays.<br>The apartment (F2 of 31m²) is on the 1st floor (with elevator) with views of the pool and the sea in the background (see photos).<br>You will have a pleasant air-conditioned living space with a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a television, a dining table and its 4 chairs. <br>The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave grill, a fridge with freezer, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, an electric plancha and all the necessary crockery.<br>There is also a bathroom with a washing machine, a hairdryer and a separate toilet.<br>You will also find an iron and its table, a vacuum cleaner and a mop.<br><br>The apartment has 2 beds to accommodate up to 4 people:<br>- an air-conditioned bedroom with a comfortable 160x190 bed, a large built-in closet,<br>- a sofa bed in the living room with a real 130x190 bed with a real mattress!<br><br>You can relax on the balcony equipped with a dining table for 4 people and chairs, a sofa to enjoy the view and the sun!<br>Access to the swimming pool is from 9 am to 9 pm, it is open from May 1st to September 30th.<br>Cleaning is to be done on the way out or possibility to take the option at 60€ to be paid on arrival.
