Cozy cottage across from the Lake

I have a newly remodeled rental house with a view of the lake. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and tv in each . A loft with 2 single beds ,one with a trundle. A pull out couch and a small roll away!!!
There is a free public boat launch a block away. If you like kayaking I have the perfect spot. There is a small beach a block away and Caseville beach 10 miles away. Newly remodeled Bar and grill right down the street.

Great location — 10 min from Caseville

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect—only about 10 minutes from Caseville—and there’s a walking path right across the street that takes you down to the water, plus a small public beach just down the road. The fire pit was all set up and ready for us when we arrived, which was such a nice touch.The loft worked well for our family, but the stairs are quite steep, so something to keep in mind if you have little kids. The kitchen was well stocked with almost all the tools and utensils we needed, making it easy to cook meals.The breaker did trip a few times even though the only thing plugged in and on was the air conditioner. We were there during a heat wave, so that may have contributed. Thankfully there were plenty of fans to help keep the air moving but it did get very hot inside. Overall, a great spot to relax and enjoy the area!

Cabin near caseville

We stayed at this property due to its distance from Caseville. Great to be in a quiet neighborhood while still close enough to drive into town.

Exactly as advertised

It was perfect for what we needed to visit family in the area. The loft was a little tight for the 3rd bed (close to the slanted roof), but we knew that was a possibility with 3 adults up there. Lots of seating in the living area for hanging out and chatting. And spacious! We would recommend, and consider staying again if it is available!

Great time with family

Our time at the house was very nice. We maxed out the occupancy and still didn't feel as if we were on top of each other. We had everything we needed for bedding, towels, and cooking and it was nice to just be able to hang out and relax. The host was accomodating and responsive. Would stay again.

Cozy Cottage Getaway

Visiting family in the area. Warm and inviting decor. Very clean. Bedding was very nice. Plenty of towels available. Big yard. All needs were met. Would gladly rent again.

Great weekend getaway!

The house was perfect for our fishing trip.Close to multiple boat launches. We had 2 trucks with 18' boats and we fit perfectly in the driveway. There is a restaurant/bar with live music down the street. We will definitely be back.

Great weekend away

We visited for a second time :) my husband and our boys come up to duck hunt and I was lucky enough to find this gem to stay in. Cozy and comfortable. Has everything you need. Hoping to come up in the summer for some sunshine and fishing.

Such a cute home

This house was so cute and welcoming. We had a family wedding and this was perfect for the 6 of us to stay at for The weekend. I would have given 5 star over all but during our stay something electrical blow causing the water pump to stop working there for the last night/ morning we had no water. The host was very nice to try and help but we just packed up and left early morning to get home so we could all shower. Other than that it was a very nice location only about 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to be over the weekend. Even with the water hiccup I would stay again

Cute get away house

Very cute, nicely decorated cottage in a nice small town. Perfect for a small group of friends looking for a place to stay just outside for Caseville. Easy drive to Caseville or port Austin. Within walking distance of a great restaurant. House was very clean, provided everything we needed, and the host was easy to work with.

55th Class Reunion

Stayed in this lovely cottage for a long weekend to enjoy my high school class reunion!! Interior was very clean, updated and comfortable!! Plenty of linens!! Property says it could sleep 10 guests with one full bathroom!! There was 4 of us and I would have loved a half bath somewhere!! Otherwise we loved it!!
