Lovely Place with Spectacular View

The suite was very clean and roomy. For me, everything was perfect except no way to control temperature except for contacting the manager. Also beautiful large dog seemed to tapdance right over my bedroom at night making it difficult for me to fall asleep. However I'm old and grouchy so take this with a lot of salt.

Christmas Crash Pad

My fiancé and I and our two dogs loved staying here on Christmas night. We visited our family in the springs area. It was nice to come home to a space of our own with a hot tub. The views are great. The location is very convenient and the coffee bar was fully stocked. Everything we needed for a great night stay!

Nice getaway!

This was such a beautiful and nice place for a little getaway! My husband and I had a wonderful time spending some time with each other away from the baby for a night. It has beautiful Mountain View’s and the hot tub was definitely a plus.

We stayed for four nights and we spoke to the property owners several times while we visited they were very polite and helpful. The place was clean and well prepared. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future.

Top 5 best places I’ve been to on Vrbo

Micah was property manager for the time being, We stayed 10 days here in February celebrating overall love for each other & everyday was amazing. The backyard view for your morning sunrise enjoying coffee with my boyfriend or the sunsets in the hot tub was spectacular. Having Micah be there is also a lifesaver when we had a few questions. He answers so quickly and he was so welcoming. He has a beautiful dog there named Auggie who comes in the backyard sometimes, he is harmless and doesn’t look like he could hurt a fly and immediately loved me and my boyfriend. The kitchen was great especially cause I love making dinner for him so I had all the things I needed. We also had amazing nights playing on the pool table. This place was fully equipped with what we wanted and needed. We were also so close to a lot of things where we were going to seeing for the first time. This is one of mine and Christian’s favorite vacations, and we talk about it often we miss our home we had for 10 days it was peaceful. Thank you for our stay once again.

Fabulous Weekend Stay

Loved our 3 day stay. Super quite and comfortable. Breathtaking view and the hot tub was so relaxing every evening before bed. Location could not be better. Everything you need is located within a few miles. We will definitely book here again.

Wonderful views.

This place was perfect for what we needed for a delightful weekend in the Springs. The only set back was the getting into the place. Unfortunately we didnt recevie the welcome letter with detail on how to enter until we arrived. Not ideal but overall it was great.

I did not realize when we first booked that it was a private suite under a residence, though i was nervous when we first pulled up, immediately upon entry we realized it was still very private and quiet. The hot tub was amazing the neighborhood was polite and getting to meet the dog and the owners dad were added bonuses. I will definitely be telling people about this property and host. Thank you so much we hope to return soon.

I gave it only 2 stars , but it could be 2.5. First, it is excellent for folks with pets, the host was gracious on the pet policy. Property was clean. The down side are the details...first, the hot tub was unusable. It was cloudy and stinky and was only 98ºf, too cold on a 25ºf day. They need to get a professional to deal with the dirty water. Second, they had a plastic cover on the mattress under the sheet, made for uncomfortable sleeping. Third, it was cold in there and we texted the owner to turn the heat up, it took 3 hours for him to do so. Our dogs had a great time though. Fix the minute details and it will be a 5 star property.

Colorado Vacation

The property is very nice. It's located very near attractions like Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods, and Red Rocks Amphitheater. There is ample shopping and restaurants in the area as well. There are great views of mountains off the back patio and from the hot tub. They also have a very doggy that you might get to meet.

I bought this property to have a place to grow my family over many years. The views of Pikes Peak, the mountain range, and of the city are unbeatable. It is large enough to have kids, pets, guests staying over while operating the basement as a separate VRBO rental.
