As the last house on a quiet street, you’ll enjoy unmatched privacy and serenity—ideal for a relaxing getaway or a focused work-from-home stay. Savor your morning coffee in the fully equipped kitchen, or take a short stroll to explore charming coffee shops and local restaurants nearby. We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated stay.

The space

We’re so glad you’re considering our cozy, modern retreat—perfect for couples or business travelers seeking peace and quiet at the end of a secluded dead-end road, just 1.2 miles from downtown Colorado Springs.

Our property hosts two private vacation rentals—this unit and a 2-person studio above the garage. Each has its own entrance and coded entry, with no shared walls for maximum privacy. While guests in the studio may pass by the patio to access their unit, interaction is rare, and in all our years of hosting, privacy has never been an issue.

Enjoy the shared hot tub and outdoor areas, surrounded by stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the fully equipped kitchen or exploring nearby cafés and trails, this space is designed to help you unwind and feel at home.

We provide driveway parking for this unit, while studio guests park on the street. Bedrooms include room-darkening curtains to ensure restful sleep.

If you have any questions or want tips on local eats, hikes, or hidden gems, we’re just a message away. We’d love to host you and help make your stay unforgettable.

This home was just as beautiful in person as advertised online. It's tucked away down a dead-end street and is quiet in the evening hours. From the minute we walked in the front doors, we were blown away at how nice and clean this home was. It was tastefully decorated and everything you need was at your fingertips. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. They didn't treat us as if we were just another guest, they treated us as if we were their first guests and it was very relaxing and stress-free! The house is very close to Colorado Springs and within walking distance of a nice pizza place. Minutes away from all of the tourist attractions the area has to offer. Only an hour south of Denver and 1.5 hours from Estes Park or Breckenridge area. So much to do and I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, even if you do not have children. We found our place to stay if we come back to Colorado Springs area! I don't usually write reviews but this was worth my time to write about!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is very good and quiet. We felt safe at all times. Close to downtown and very convenient location for access to all area attractions.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights, and not once wished we stayed anywhere else. The location was perfect- it was close to town and secluded at the end of the street. They had everything you could think of. The home and the hot tub were clean and we were able to enjoy everything worry free. The host was good with checking in to see if we needed anything as well.

Pleased!!

Our stay was great. The home was equipped with everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to a full stocked bathroom. I recommend getting another can opener. The one currently at the house does not work. And perhaps update the pillows in the master bedroom. Other than those small items our stay was pleasant and we would rent again if afforded the opportunity. 5 stars on cleanliness and hospitality!!!

Family weekend

Perfect for my husband and I visiting my daughter for parents weekend at CC. Our daughter stayed with us and we were able to enjoy meals together, use the hot tub, watch tv, all the usual things we’d do at home. The home is small but well laid out and on a quiet dead end road and close to everything we needed. Very well equipped and comfortable.

Beautiful home

This house was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The owners were phenomenal about questions and answering in a quick manner. If back in the area, I would definitely rent here again. The location was perfect as we didn’t have to drive far to get to all of our bucket list!
