Great Stay!

We loved staying at this house, super clean, nice pool, short walk to the community pool. Friendly neighbors, close to Publix for groceries, we really enjoyed our week here!

Christmas Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here for Christmas and I have to stay it was an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful, slightly smaller than expected, but still plenty of room for our family of 8, which consisted of 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 six year olds. Sharon was helpful and responsive since our initial inquiry. Plenty of towels, dishes and glasses. We were very comfortable. The community pool was great with two water sides that the kids loved! There were some minor issues, but I don’t think they were serious enough to change the rating because we loved it. One was the air conditioning. It couldnt go below 72 and we weren’t able to change it when it got higher. If there was a way, we couldn’t figure it out. The fans did do a good job keeping it cool at night, and during the day we were either outside at the pool or at a theme park so it wasn’t that big of a deal. We paid the extra 25 a day for the pool heat. There was an issue the first day, which we got reimbursed for, and then the pool didn’t really get heated until the third day. We learned that if the outside temp goes below 55 the pool heater turns off, and when we arrived the nights were below that, but once it heated it was perfect. It is mentioned on a sign in the house that there wouldn’t be a reimbursement if the temp remained below 55, which was rare. The final issue was while we were out of the house, a pool guy came by to put a hose in the pool, which made us a little uneasy because we didn’t know about it. I did email Sharon and she got back to me right away explaining that when the pool heat was on the water can evaporate more so they came by to fill it up. I did appreciate that but just wished we knew it was happening. Would have been uncomfortable if we were laying out and someone came by that we didn’t know or weren’t expected. Even with these issues it was a great stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you Sharon!

The house looked exactly as the pictures and description, no surprises there.

It was nice clean and walking distance from the community clubhouse also from our pool we had a view of their fireworks. There were more rules than other rentals to follow but nothing too drastic just needed a little more discipline. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Modern and clean house in wonderful neighborhood!

Overall, the stay at the place was pretty great. The house was very clean and accurate to what the posting represented. The house had plenty of pans/ utensils to utilize if you wanted to cook and had plenty of towels for the pool/ shower. Great location and about 30-40 minutes away from the parks. It was close to many different stores such as Publix, Walmart, Target, etc. The host was very communicative with us and was great with answering any questions we had.
