This location is perfect, being in the heart of Aspen, you are steps away from your favorite shops and restaurants (2 blocks from grocery store, four blocks east of the Aspen Mountain Gondola). After a day of adventure, unwind with surround sound in the living room and put your feet up in front of the gas fireplace. Relish in the remodeled gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances and spacious layout. Generous bedrooms, heated bathroom floors, updated bathrooms (2 primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms) , washer and dryer in unit, fantastic lighting scheme, hardwood floors, water softener, ski storage, 1 assigned parking space, shared gas grill.

Beautiful, clean. Just enough kitchen/cooking supplies. We really appreciated the single-floor layout (for babies and toddlers) and the pack’n’play and high chair! The parking spot was super convenient as well!Great communication throughout the process. Thank you!

Spring Break - Ski trip

Excellent location. Unit is very well taken care of with a lot of attention to detail. Everything was seamless. Our host Laura was excellent. Very informative up front, and responsive. Five stars all the way. We were a group of 6 and fitted comfortably. Unit is also very well equipped.

Aspen Ski Weekend

Everything was 10/10, Laura was great to work with if we needed anything just a quick text of phone call away. Walking distance to all the bars/restaurants, and the mountain. Close to the bus stop if we needed to go over to the other mountains. Parking available. Place was so clean!! Two blocks from the grocery ad well, will definitely be back!!

Great spot and condo.

The location was excellent - easily walkable to the Gondola. Definitely updated. Had a little trouble finding a few cleaning supplies (I want to keep the VRBO I stay in clean, please provide supplies!). But overall a great place.

Amazing home w/ a perfect location in downtown Aspen!

This home was perfect for our stay with plenty of room! Laura was extremely responsive the whole time and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. This home is conveniently located in downtown, which made it easy for us to get to where we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Condo was perfect for us! Very nice and just as described. Super close to the downtown. We really didn't need a car it was so convenient. The host was wonderful to stay in contact with us.

Great spot in the Aspen central core

This is a terrific property. Spotlessly clean, nicely appointed and attractively decorated. The big, obviously recently remodeled kitchen/family room with fireplace is a perfect space for Apres ski relaxing. A very comfortable place with parking. Close to everything. Highly recommended.

Solid Value and Walkable to Ajax lifts

This is probably stating the obvious, but Aspen is very expensive. So at first, I was a little confused with the size and finish of the unit given the price, but then I realized Aspen is much more expensive than the other ski resorts I have been too like Park City and Vail. It was a "dad weekend" for three friends. The positives are: 1) the unit provides 3 clean spacious rooms with really comfortable beds, 2) manager is very responsive, 3) Walkable to Ajax and walkabl-ish to "town," 4) everything you need and very well stocked (spices, teas, coffees, etc) as it seems like it's used often by the owner. Feels more like you're going to a friends place in-town vs. a "hotel," which I like. The areas for improvement include: 1) the hot tub is a short drive away and times are limited (~9-5pm), 2) the parking spot is tight in a larger SUV. We paid about $1500/nt. which is an important data point as it was a normal weekend in Aspen (i.e. no X games, conference, etc). I'd stay here again, especially with my family as the bunk bed room will be really useful if I brought kids/additional family.

Great spot for your Aspen vacation

Had a great time with family and toddler/infants. Very kid friendly setup, easy to keep them safe and out of trouble. Very clean with high end finishes. Walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do in Aspen, plus grocery store convenient. Kitchen well equipped. Also very quiet location. Owner was easy to connect with, available right away if we had any questions. Will try and stay here again in the future!

Great property in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit was very clean and comfortable, and the location was wonderful. We stayed in the summer, so it was a very easy walk to downtown. We ended up hardly using our rental car as a result! Laura is very responsive and provided clear instructions for checking in and departure. Highly recommend this property!
