Air-conditioned apartment of approximately 64 m² ideally located in Pontaillac facing the sea. The property can accommodate up to 4 people and provides a private box for the vehicle.
It is located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with elevator.
The living room is very bright; it faces the sea directly, which allows you to enjoy the show on sunny days as well as on stormy days. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee to the rhythm of the waves.
This living room is composed of a living room with television, board games and a dining room with a table and chairs to eat.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, induction hob...). A pocket door makes the room independent if desired in complete transparency thanks to the windows.
A separate toilet is available.
The sleeping area is made up of two full-fledged bedrooms:
-The first which overlooks the sea and has access to the balcony provides a 160 cm bed, storage space and a television
- The second bedroom has two 80 cm beds that can be pushed together to form a single 160 bed as well. Storage space available.
Finally, the bathroom (shower) has a single sink, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a heated towel rail.
A parking space (closed box) is available for your vehicle.
Tennis court available in the residence by reservation the day before.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge, as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. House rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

ATTENTION: any arrival after 8:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m. will be charged an additional €30 on site. FROM 10:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m., arrival will be charged an additional €50 to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 a.m.
From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. any departure will be charged an additional €30.
