Amazing beach front property at Goose Rocks Beach, beautiful views and direct access to the beach. This is a spacious 3 bedroom property with 2 full bathrooms. The property was renovated in 2020. The unit is on the first floor of the building, there is a connecting door between the units if the whole house wanted to be rented. The sheets and towels are included in the nightly rate. The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.

Another amazing weekend at this property! The house feels like home. Being on the beach like this is just wonderful. Lots of beach walks, shell collecting and even some ocean dips!! The nighttime fires in the solo fire pit were so relaxing. This was our 4th year staying here. It has become our fall girl gathering tradition!

Another Great stay at Goose Rocks Beach!

Property and weather were both great. Full moon, seals, bird watching and spring sunshine! Host Abigail gets right back to us. Great stay!

Excellent snowy stay for two families with young kids

Property was gorgeous. Very clean home and excellent location- literally steps to the sand. Great views from the living room/kitchen and master bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked and having sheets and towels included made our stay even easier. Communication with the owners was clear and they were quick to answer questions for us. We stayed during a sizable snow storm and everything was plowed and the sidewalks shoveled and easily maneuvered. We found lots to do nearby even with kids and found multiple places to eat that we liked. There was more than enough room for our kids to play and explore and having all the bedrooms was really nice to spread out and not feel cramped. Overall phenomenal stay and would absolutely recommend. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in, which is really appreciated.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was exactly as I expected, perfectly situated in an exclusive area on Goose Rock beach. The scenery and atmosphere was well worth the cost . The proximity to Docks Square, and Walkers Point was perfect and I am very much looking forward to another stay. A couple things that were unexpected. A gaping hole in the ceiling of one of the 3 bedrooms, dead bees in the bedding was concerning but thankfully we did not need that room and we had no bee issue throughout the rest of the home. I do wish we were told about that repair prior to our arrival however again, did not effect our stay. A consistent guest toilet issue but we managed for 4 days. Overall this property exceeded my expectations. A beautiful home and property. The firepit beach side on the property was an absolute joy to use especially during an unseasonably warm November weekend in Maine. Highly recommend this property. Next time we will certainly take both upper and lower level units and have an entire Full family weekend. Thanks to Abigail for being so responsive.

Our family was absolutely delighted with our stay at Abagail and Luke's property at GRB. The location couldn't be better. For the small issues we had with the property our hosts couldn't have be more prompt and responsive to take care of them. We would not hesitate to return.

Still lovin’ GRB

Overall the property and location was great. GRB had been battered by storms last winter so I was a bit hesitant to go back so quickly. Overall this property seemed to fare well with some minor damage to a ceiling and the yard which the homeowners addressed. Go support GRB and help the shore communities rebuild!

Paradise

I hesitate to write this review as I would really love for this magical vacation home to be available whenever we are lucky enough to visit. We had a wonderful stay in what I would call paradise. The home is lovely and the beach location incredible. Goose Rocks Beach is the ideal spot for a relaxing and tranquil get away. Abigail, thank you for allowing us to have your house as our home for our stay. It was amazing.
