Esta es una casa recientemente remodelada con electrodomésticos renovados y pisos de azulejos. Dispone de 2 dormitorios y dos baños y medio. La sala de estar está en el primer piso y hay un sofá cama con capacidad para dos personas. Las habitaciones están en el segundo piso. Se encuentra en un vecindario tranquilo con fácil acceso a todo lo que Austin tiene para ofrecer. Se encuentra a poca distancia del club de golf Balcones. Se encuentra a 18 minutos en automóvil (dependiendo del tráfico) del centro y del campus de la Universidad de Texas (U. T). Además, disfrutarás estando cerca de la zona comercial de Dominio y Arboreteum. El lago está a 25 minutos en coche también. Para su comodidad, hay numerosas opciones de abarrotes (HEB, Randalls) y farmacias cerca.
Hay muchas empresas cercanas como Dell, Samsung, Flextronics, Dunn y Bradstreet, y más. Se encuentra cerca de bares y restaurantes como el restaurante de mariscos Pappadeux, Eddie V's, Trulucks y más.

Family reunion in Austin

My daughter and I had a short stay at this property during a family reunion. This was a great and convenient location. The property is clean, updated and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive.Very nice property!!!

Awesome Stay!

This place was great! Vince was so nice to talk with and make our stay easy. We were getting our daughter and her kitty moved into her new place and it was less than 4 minutes away. The place was well set up and all the accommodations you could ask for. The beds were comfy and we loved the water pressure for showers, beats our home! It was a muggie hot day when we arrived and when we entered, it was cool and very refreshing. This place is also close to a little mall and restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. We will definitely be keeping this place in our saved list for when we come back to visit with our daughter .

Austin visit

This unit was attached to another unit on each side. Neighborhood was poorly aged. Would not use Vrbo again.Could not google site until I a paid in full and was on my way.

Grad trip

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. I was in town for my daughter’s graduation from UT and this was a great location!! The place was very clean, and had plenty of space and all the things we needed for our stay. Assigned parking was a big help. The location was a bit tricky to find, but the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. Overall a great place to stay and it met all of my needs for graduation weekend. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!!

This Place is wonderful, great location and easy to check in. The condo is so beautiful and clean, looks better than the photos. Also the beds are super comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Great stay, as always

We've stayed here several times for long weekends in Austin, and we'll keep coming back. The place is great for our needs, the location near the highway is convenient, and Vince is always quick to respond to any communication.

Comfortable

This condo features comfortable beds, is reasonably priced, and has good wifi/smart tv. The neighbors are colorful Austin characters (weird, but in a friendly/charming way.) The location of this condo (Williamson County) is a little remote from many of the attractions in Austin, but it has good highway access. The parking situation is excellent. Taller guests may find the showerhead in the master bathroom to be a little too low. All-in-all, I’d say I had a wonderful time at a comparatively reasonable price.

Not what I expected

The inside of the property looks mostly as pictured, but the neighborhood is a bit hard to find. The type of area was definitely not what I was expecting, but it all worked out.

Not really remodeled as stated

A few things remodeled, but I would not consider this fully remodeled. Some paint and baseboards dingy. Overall clean. Everything worked. Good location. Neighborhood ok. Can’t change thermostat which is not comfortable. I’d recommend that you just request tenants to change it before they leave. Overall stay was ok.

A comfortable stay

Sonesta west worked well for our needs. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The north Austin location is great for accessing areas north of downtown. There were 2 assigned parking spaces which we appreciated. I found the bed comfortable, although my husband felt it was too soft. The kitchen is not set up for any real cooking. But all the essential appliances are there. However, no coffee or filters. Just plan ahead so you can have your morning cuppa Joe!

Not as advertised on VRBO

Would have cancelled from start if we had been given the address/area so our son could check it out which was not what was expected from the VRBO site. Asked the owner for a couple hours early check in but not granted. For the price we paid we expected a better location and nicer facility. From the start we encountered one problem after another. The interior was run down, there was very few kitchen items needed such as basic cleaner, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, laundry detergent. the silverware looked like it was for children, tiny little spoons forks, and only 4 of each. Two very awful knives. Found a mold filled coffee filter in the coffee pot, burnt on pan in the oven, refrigerator ice maker and in door water dispenser did not work as well as the fridge interior lite was missing. The owner did come up with a bulb but it did not work. Dining room light switch was missing the knob and owner finally replace but it did not work and never could completely turn off light. Some of the pots and pans were not only dirty with baked on food but also very worn and scratched up. After complaint, owner brought 3 new pans. The heat and air controls were administered by the owner from his phone so we couldnt adjust and were very hot at night. the kitchen drain and disposal hardly worked at all. There was no instruction for the use of the TV, Wifi. Fireplace shown in picture with warm flames did not work. Rug in picture was missing, though owner finally got it out of a closet. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and water was hot for showers. The shabby appearance was apparent, mismatched paint, chipped and gouged woodwork, many missing kickplates like under the dishwasher and in baths. We just feel the property was misrepresented. Not a good result from VRBO or a good reflection on the integrity of your services.

The property has all you need and it is spacious. Easy access to 183 and 10 minutes walk to HEB supermarket The address provided is almost there! Google is not registering it correctly FYI

convenient location and good value for price

Nicely redone baths, bedrooms, and living area with new Roku TV. Owner Vince was nice enough to provide a desk for my working husband during our stay. Kitchen has minimal amenities, but sufficient. Nice washer and dryer. If you can live with mismatched cabinet doors and a dishwasher that doesn't open fully because it hits the stove handle, but is operational, it's a nice place for a good price. Tanglewood trail and park is nearby (best to drive to it) for walking pets. We saw deer and other wildlife.

Clean and comfortable

Great location, easy access to highways. This is a value property, but clean and comfortable. Vince was very accomodating and easy to reach. Covered parking was a plus.
