Come make memories in this Cozy Turtle Beach Cottage.

The Turtle Beach Cottage is a one queen bedroom and 2 single lower bunks with a queen pull out sofa that sits in the middle of Ocean Lakes. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with ceiling fan and tv in the room. The family room has a recliner, and a queen size sofa that pulls out into a bed also has 2 twin single lower bunks. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need.

Relax on the large front porch. There is also a table and chairs for relaxing.

The Cottage has Custom Golf Cart on property to reserve if needed (MUST BE 21 to operate)

The home sleeps 4 guest = 1 or 2 ADULTS ONLY with 1-3 KIDS

No House Parties

No Smoking in the house (Outside Only)

You will be require to purchase a 10.00 a day car pass from Ocean Lakes, this does include all the amenities in in the park.

Great experience

Watty was very accommodating during our stay. We ended up having to bring our dog with us and Watty worked it out for us to get a pet friendly house for our stay. Very pleased with the property

Would Stay Again.

We originally had some trouble getting checked in, but Watty was able to help us get the issue resolved and checked in. We were able to upgrade to a separate house due to the inconvenience! Would recommend and stay again.

It was ok.

Overall me and my family had a great vacation and have always loved Ocean Lakes. BUT there were a few things about this particular property that were inconvenient. For starters I had paid a month in advance to have the Hosts golf cart while we were there. I spoke to Watty on the Friday before our stay and he confirmed that that golf cart would be there waiting for us when we arrived. Well Saturday came, we checked in and no sign of a golf cart. I called Watty, and we had to drive not to one, but 2 different houses in the campground to receive the golf cart we rented. It was his cleaners fault they didn’t leave the cart at the house, but we were still a little annoyed we had to do all that running around as our time was limited there. Please beware of the shower in the pictures, they are really deceiving. It was way too small, my husband couldn’t fit in it. The oven is gas and the carbon monoxide detector doesn’t even work, so we didn’t bother messing with the stove just to be safe. And lastly, the house wasn’t clean much once we arrived. Crumbs on the kitchen and living room floor and a strong cigarette smell as you walked in. I think a lot of the these things were out of Watty’s control and I think he may need a new cleaning crew. But when you are paying a lot to stay somewhere your expectations should me met.

Needs upgrades - small space

Rental is in a excellent location to store, pool, etc. Could use some upgrades.. but worked for a short weekend. Shower inside is a camper shower and is extremely small. My 7 year old was the only family member who could use it comfortably. Check in was difficult… rental owner had not placed me on check in list, had to make multiple phone calls to him to get inside the campground and again to get inside the rental. Online pics and listing are deceiving. Disappointed.

Overall experience

The property owner was absolutely wonderful and always answered any questions we had before our stay. Overall good experience, the house wasn’t as clean as we would like it & the shower was very small but it was a good size for a weekend trip. Definitely would be tight with more than 2 people.

Will be coming back

The owner, Watty, was great. He was easy to contact and communication was excellent. The property exceeded expectations, in fact, he upgraded us due to some communication problems with Vrbo that were out of his control. I will be staying here again and would happily recommend his place to others.

Wow what a great stay!!

The owners are very responsive and very helpful! They own several houses in Ocean Lakes and all the ones that I’ve actually seen was really nice “get a way” houses. Very nice comfortable stay along with staying cool in the middle of summer made it a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! If looking for a nice get a way give Watty a chance… You won’t regret it! Thanks again Watty for letting us stay in this awesome home!
