Girl's weekend

We were just a couple of girlfriends from out of state, meeting up in Scottsdale for a music festival in Old Town. We also had some local family/friends that wanted to visit us during our stay and it was very easy to to entertain them at this property! We were impressed by the spacious kitchen as well as the openness of the kitchen/living room and the outdoor area. The master bedroom/bath is just ridiculously big :) We really appreciated the coffee/tea bar with the complimentary coffee pods and different sugars! The outdoor area was great for our family/friends to hang out and play games. And there was plenty of outdoor furniture to house us all and 2 very large umbrellas to help manage the sun! The house is not far from Old Town. We were able to walk to a few spots (under a mile) but also we were able to grab one of the golf cart services if needed (they cost a few bucks but well worth it after a long day)! The house does sit on a busier road but it was a quiet neighborhood both day and night. The only thing we found odd was we had no washcloths. And the outdoor furniture had to be clean up, but we do understand it is hard to manage the birds/critters and weather. But it may be a good idea to have some extra towels that can be used outside. Overall, we were very impressed by this house and would stay there again!

Beautiful property, phenomenal location, excellent owner, fantastic experience!

Went to Scottsdale with a group of 11 girlfriends for a gals trip, and Michael and his beautiful home exceeded every expectation that we had. The location could not have been more perfect, easily walkable to downtown for us. The house was absolutely gorgeous and stocked with pretty much any amenity you could think of. Lots of items that the traditional vrbo are not usually stocked with and more were available, which made it extremely easy for our group to cook a few larger meals at home to save on food costs. The home was absolutely spotless and is so well taken care of. We loved having the open common space between the kitchen and the living room to be able to all spend time together without sacrificing comfort and the backyard is an absolute oasis, the perfect place to sit with coffee in the morning and chat before starting our day. The beds were comfortable and the decor of the home was perfect for a girls trip and added a luxurious feel like a five star hotel. Tons of linens, pillows, and blankets. Michael’s communication was fantastic! Extremely quick responses to any questions we had and any information we were hoping to know prior was provided for us with the info we were given prior to checkin which made the check in process seamless requiring literally nothing on our part and answered all of our questions which says a lot for us. Michael made it known that he was readily available for anything we needed throughout the trip though was not overbearing or intrusive and was happy to let us enjoy our stay without any interruption. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We could not be more pleased with our decision to stay with you.

Great house horrible host

Stayed here with a group of female friends. The host (Michael) contacted us in order to charge us an additional $250 fee for the use and heating of a “jacuzzi” on the property. Upon arrive the “jacuzzi” was half filled with ice cold water and plugged into an uncovered and BURNT outlet. Michael was completely unresponsive to texts and calls regarding the heating of the “jacuzzi” - which was a glorified tub of water on the back porch. When Michael finally returned our messages he showed up alone and unannounced to the property where a female guest was alone and attempting to work remotely. After all of this back and forth, still Michael attempted to only refund $200 because he “had filled it with water and gotten ready for us”. Eventually he did refund the full amount. We were willing to overlook the gross unprofessionalism and enjoy the weekend. Unfortunately after checkout, Michael attempted to charge us an additional $100 for “forgetting to wheel the trash bin to the curb for pickup” even though we had left Sunday mid morning and trash pickup wasn’t until that night or next morning. Contacted VRBO customer service where they informed me the host has no leg to stand on regarding these ridiculous charges. If you stay here beware of the nickel and diming that will occur!!!!

Awesome house! Perfect layout for a group. Wish there was more seating in the living room but other than that no complaints. Michael (the property manager) was incredible. He was very responsive and helpful. Easy to communicate with
