Our beach rental is designed with entertainment in mind. The living, dining and kitchen areas all flow together and create an open space.

This beach house offers a spacious and airy kitchen and is fully stocked with anything you would need.
The kitchen flows into the dining table which seats 8 guests.

Living area features a couch, accent chairs and a Smart flat screen TV.

This comfortable home has a fabulous location, as it's tucked away in the residential area but close enough to all of the action. You'll be conveniently close to dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and family attractions. The beach is just two blocks away.

This beautiful 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom pool home flows graciously throughout and offers an ideal three way split floor-plan with upgrades at every turn.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, 3rd bedroom a King bed and a 4th bdr with a Bunk bed - King in bottom + full on top. This home sleeps 12 guests total.

Two separate living spaces makes entertaining easy, elegant, and accommodating. The kitchen was recently remodeled, is central to the home, and offers modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The backyard is a lush, tropical paradise, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The yard is also xeriscaped with a pavered patio, sitting area, and grilling space making it the epitome of relaxation and fun get-togethers. The pebble-tec pool is a loungers dream and was completely resurfaced in 2018.

Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
