Welcome to Your Relaxing Retreat in Nature!

Discover our beautifully renovated duplex nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, surrounded by a lush greenbelt and abundant wildlife. Perfect for families and pets, our home offers a tranquil escape where you can unwind and soak in the beauty of the outdoors.

The Space:

As you approach, you’ll notice deer, birds, and other wildlife, along with friendly neighbors out for walks with their pets. Our duplex backs up to a serene greenbelt, providing a quiet, safe, and relaxing atmosphere.

Step out onto the spacious patio, where you’ll find multiple seating areas designed for relaxation and fun:

Large fire ring with 8 chairs—ideal for roasting s’mores or sharing stories under the stars.
Outdoor dining table for 8—perfect for meals or board games with family and friends.
Cozy sitting nooks with swings and a grill on each side of the duplex—your own spot to savor morning coffee or evening sunsets.
Inside the Home:

Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and offer beautiful views, bringing the outdoors in. The open living area features a plush sofa, two oversized chairs, and a dining table for 6—great for family gatherings. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you need, from a coffee maker to an Instant Pot.

Downstairs: Full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and laundry area.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Upstairs Loft: Two queen beds, a second full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and a cozy reading nook with floor cushions—perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying nature views.
Please Note:

The outdoor fire ring and dining table are shared with guests from the adjoining duplex, but you’ll have your own private grill and patio seating right outside your door.
Traveling with a larger group? Rent both sides of the duplex to accommodate up to 12 guests. Message us for details and special pricing!

Great stay!

The home was spacious with a nice backyard and all the supplies we needed for cooking meals. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Great location

This place was great for family visit to HSB! It’s close to everything while also being quiet and tucked away for privacy. We loved it and highly recommend!

Horseshoe Bay

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was beautiful and very well stocked with everything. The only complaint was that the porch lights were left on at the unit next door so it created a lot of light in the upstairs bedroom. It’s a problem if you like it really dark when you sleep

Lovely stay

Pictures are accurate. The home’s exterior needs to be refreshed, but the interior is as pictured. The upstairs loft has a very narrow spiral staircase, something to keep in mind. The beds are super comfy. The pans and cutting boards need to be replaced- had to use a bunch of oil to cook eggs. It was nice to be able to use the grill and fire pit. There’s a small grocery store 5 minutes away, pricey but convenient with a good selection. HEB and restaurants are about 10-15 minutes away. The location is a good home base to explore nature. Despite minor complaints, I would highly recommend.

Great house but had some maintenace issues

The wall of windows overlooking the backyard and wooded area was spectacular. We really enjoyed the space. However there were some easily corrected issues which I hope are resolved. One bath water faucet was loose and you had to hold the base while turning the handle. There was pink mold at the bottom of the shower curtains. The tub took hours to drain. The shower curtain rings were too small for the rod and that made it difficult to move the curtain. A toilet seat was loose. There was no handsoap in one bath. A light in a bath would sometimes flash on and off.

Lovely Hill Country Getaway

I visited solo with my pup and had the best time! This house nestled into the most beautiful neighborhood (that I highly recommend walking around!)! The property is awesome, especially the outdoor space. It easily will sleep 6, and has a little bonus room in the loft that would be perfect for an air mattress if you have a few more (I believe they allow this with an additional fee). Karina was easy to communicate with, and always prompt to respond! I’ll definitely be coming back.
