Great place and convenient location

Very responsive host, house was clean, had a nice patio, pool was clean as well. I will definitely stay there again next time we visit Phoenix.

Great place to stay

Was a great place to stay. Close to where we wanted to be. Host was easy to contact and answered any questions we had. House was clean and perfect for what we needed.

Spring training trip

The house was clean and had all we needed for our stay. There was a small mix up on dates, and the host was quick to communicate and help us out. Would stay here again.

Oasis in large desert city

Perfect for couple and two single friends or kids Great floor plan and large yard with pool. Nice for spring training and overall sight seeing in Phoenix area. Well equipped and wonderful host.

Great location, great host. Very accommodating and on top of whatever you need. Located close enough to everything that even the airport is only 30 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood, private. House is clean, set up nicely. Will stay here again !!!

Lovely

We enjoyed this lovely house and pool very much. The house had a great layout and the Master bedroom was extremely comfy. Air conditioning worked like a dream. The patio and pool area was great and had so much seating. Thank you John for a lovely stay.

Nice neighborhood. Comfortable home.

The home was perfect for our short stay in Peoria. Bed in master was very comfortable. Kitchen had essentials and thankfully had coffee! So we weren’t forced to go shopping right away. The location is central to all the areas we needed… stores, baseball complex , and restaurants.

A great place to spend time with family visiting friends in the area

We loved this home! Just what we needed for a little getaway and a comfortable, clean place to use as a base camp while attending the festivities associated with a dear friend’s wedding. The pool was amazing! The property was well kept and maintained. The owner was easily available and communicated readily with questions. The home was comfortable and cool and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and plan to return when visiting friends.

Jan 2023 Peoria Visit

This property was a joy to stay at. The house was extremely spacious with its 3 bedrooms and tw0 bathrooms and very well appointed. It had everything we needed to stay there. There was a large backyard with a fenced in pool. The owner was very easy to work with, kept in contact with me and made the check in/check out process very easy. I highly recommend this property and we will try to stay there again next time we are in Phoenix to visit family.

Responsive Owner

The house is spotless and comfortable. It was chilly and rainy when we were there, so we didn't take advantage of the outdoor amenities, but the pool and back patio were very inviting. The owner, John, was quick to respond to questions/concerns and he was friendly and professional. If we are ever to visit Phoenix in the future, we will look here first for a place to stay.

Quiet and Clean

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood on a small cul-de-sac. The place was clean and well stocked with supplies. Lots of room inside and outside. Pool was clean but weather was just not warm enough to use. Did try but not heated in March water was cold. Would recommend this place for a family or small group. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Good Samaritian

There won't be enough words for me to express my gratitude for the Owner John. He in is own way went above and beyond for the accommodations of our stay. We were involved in an accident and John is heading up the details in fixing a 1963 Nova. He came to the rescue in more ways than one. I again cannot express my heartfelt gratitude for his service and patronage.
