Open the door to a bright, cathedral ceiling living room with a sofa and loveseat, a TV/DVD, and a large cathedral-style window that overlooks a portion of the 11 mile lagoon system.. The adjoining dining area has corner windows, a table with seating for 6, and 4 barstools at a dining/serving counter that is open to the kitchen. There is a screened porch off the dining room where you can sit and enjoy the wild life of the low country.

The cheerful, fully equipped kitchen, a pantry cupboard, a closet with a stack washer/dryer, and access to a convenient powder room. Off the other side of the dining area is a screened porch and a door leading to the landscaped grounds and the pool & lagoon beyond.

Just off the living room is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a large window, a door to the grounds, and a spacious private bath with a double closet, a spa tub, and a walk-in shower.

A sky lighted stairwell leads to the 2nd floor and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a window overlooking the Lagoon, and a private bath. A bridge walkway then connects to the 3rd bedroom, which has a queen bed and a private bath with a skylight and a walk-in shower

The pool and hot tub are heated Oct, Nov, March, and April; the hot tub is heated year round, except for the month of January.
