From the house, everything is within walking distance: the private garden opens directly onto the forest, allowing you to reach the historic center of Versailles or the entrance to the château's park (Orangerie, Pièce d'eau des Suisses) in 15 minutes.

If you want to get to the center of Paris, it couldn't be easier. You can walk to Versailles Chantiers station in 15 minutes, then take 12 minutes to get to Montparnasse station or 18 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame de Paris and the Latin Quarter.

Most of the Olympic and Paralympic venues are within easy reach of the property: those in central Paris directly by RER C (20 minutes), the La Défense Arena Olympic swimming pool also 20 minutes away by train, those in Saint Quentin (golf, BMX, velodrome) 15 minutes away by train, and those in Versailles 20 minutes away (equestrian sports and pentathlon).

When you return from these beautiful days, the quiet house, set back from the street, awaits you. It's surrounded by a lovely 1,200 m2 garden, with a forest gate leading directly into the forest.
You'll enjoy a large, secure, private swimming pool, garden furniture and a barbecue for grilled meats.

The house extends over 3 levels for a total surface area of 205m2: on the lower floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with a single bed, and a shower room with toilet.

The middle floor features a large living room opening onto an east-facing terrace, ideal for breakfast. The dining room has a bay window from which you can admire the garden and swimming pool. The kitchen, fully equipped and renovated, will enable you to prepare all kinds of dishes. A TV room with sofa bed completes this floor.

On the upper floor, you'll find 1 very large bedroom with a double bed and views of the garden and pool. A second large bedroom has a single bed. This floor is completed by 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the second with bath).

2 parking spaces are available in the courtyard in front of the house. A private electric charging station is also available.
