Open concept kitchen, living and dining room facing the amazing lake views. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, covered parking, man cave with pool table, foosball, TV and fridge. Amazing fishing and swimming from the boathouse. Relax or dine on the deck while watching the sunset.

Our hope is that you will make memories that you will never forget at Margaritavilla. From the moment you drive up you will immediately feel like you are on vacation. Yes, the house is lime green with orange garages and blue shutters! Fun starts here!

Once you arrive you will clearly see that this is over a half acre lot with tons of parking, huge backyard with amazing lake views. Open concept living room includes large cozy couch, recliner, flat screen TV, cable and internet are included. Tons of board games, cards and domino’s for your family and friends to enjoy. Large windows and two French doors all along the living room allow so much natural lighting in with amazing lake views.

Fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, Kitchen Aid mixer, tons of dishes, serving platters, and all utensils.

Dining rooms seats up to 8 people with 4 more barstools at the kitchen island. There is also outdoor dining for 6 on the deck. The deck also has a fantastic swing, 2 rocking chairs, 2 adirondack chairs and mini picnic table for the kids. Large Weber gas grill, all utensil’s, and propane included.

The master is located on the third floor with breathtaking views of the lake that you can enjoy from your private patio. There is a large pillow top king bed, side chair, vanity with chair, make up mirror and a flat screen TV. The master bath has large soaking tub, shower, large closet, and water closet. Please note the master and the bunk room do share this bathroom.

Bunkroom is also located on the third floor and has two twin over twin bunkbeds.

Bedroom number 3 & 4 are located on the second floor and both have pillow top king beds and a twin over twin bunkbed.

Second floor has a full bath with shower/ tub, a half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Boathouse comes complete with fish cleaning station, running water, lights, swim deck, ladder out of the water and rope swing. Guests are welcome to use the boathouse storage room to access the fishing poles, life jackets, inflatables, and refrigerator. The water is around 7 feet deep around boathouse making it perfect for swimming. The boat and jet skis are not for guest use however, nearby boat rental is available. Always keep an eye out for the bald eagle that loves to soar above the boathouse. Our cove is known for some of the best catfish fishing, even off the deck and against the bulkhead. Lake Livingston is known for all kinds of fishing, including large mouth bass, blue gill, white bass, striped bass and crappie.

Firepit is the perfect way to end your day watching the sunset while cooking up your s’mores.

NOW HERE IS WHERE THE FUN REALLY BEGINS…..MAN CAVE!!!! The man cave has two garage doors that open to let the breeze come on through. Here you will find a 8 foot Olhausen pool table, Tornado Foosball table, refrigerator, flat screen TV, bar, barstools and 2 custom Margaritaville Adirondack chairs. There is also a full bathroom on the first level across from the man cave. We have plenty of outdoor games like cornhole and washers. The covered area under the house is perfect to set up if needed to due to weather.
