We certainly apologize to this guest, but it was the fault of VRBO communications as we had been trying to get through to them for over a week because we were not getting messages and notifications of the bookings. We were not aware they were arriving or getting their messages, it took multiple calls and hours on the phone both before and after their stay able to speak with VRBO employees with difficult accents to understand. If VRBO can’t do any better we will cancel this service and try a company that gives us immediate messages so that we can service the clients as needed. Highly recommend the guest and again, although it was out of our control, we certainly apologize for the experience that was less than what they deserved because of the VRBO lack of communications in notifications of bookings.
