Beautiful Newly Built OCEANFRONT End Unit Condo - minimum 7 nigh stay (Saturday -Saturday May thru August). All new furnishings, fully furnished! 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit directly across from Hampton Beach with covered deck overlooking the ocean. Located in the Oceanhouse building at 315 Ocean Boulevard. Beautifully furnished with direct waterfront views. Queen-size master bed and 2nd bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Hardwood flooring throughout unit. Washer Dryer in unit. Elevator access with 1 dedicated parking space out back in gated parking lot. Great location across the street from beach and steps away from everything on the beach: restaurants, arcade, live music, weekly fireworks, and nightlife.

This was a repeat stay for us and just as wonderful as the previous ones. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked. And the view can’t be beat! Having a corner unit makes the view even more impressive. The morning sunrise is truly stunning. The building is quiet and safe. Everything was in good repair both inside and outside of the unit, and the hosts are always very responsive. I definitely recommend it, and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Beautiful and well stocked beachfront condo located at the quiet end of Hamptom Beach. Rented 8-23 to 8-29. Enjoy the beach rainbows! Immaculately clean unit. Steps away from beach. Great unit if you hv children. Parking onsite. Lifeguards were the best at actually watching swimmers and little children. ( our family has 2 lifeguards) Very safe area. State police patrol streets. Grocery store 8 mins away. Small convenience stores couple minutes walk. Short walking distance Band shell has nightly events and music during the summer season. Excellent restaurants in walking and driving distance. Owners very attentive to questions.

Our dream spot

My husband and I have been fortunate enough to spend time here for several years. We can’t say enough about the location, the condo, and the cleanliness when we arrive. All possible amenities are available at your fingertips. Owners are always available for questions. We especially enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

Another wonderful stay!

Peaceful escape

This was my second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. The views are amazing, and even in the cooler weather it is so nice to look out and see the ocean. The condo is well stocked and appointed. The location can’t be beat and the building is safe and quiet. I hope to return in the near future.

The Perfect Condo

Our stay here has always been perfection. Location is perfect, whether watching the tides come and go from our balcony or taking a short walk along boardwalk for food or souvenirs. The condo has all amenities and is always clean. Great Communication with the owners is a plus.

The Best

This is a beautiful new condo with all the comforts of home, but in a spectacular location on the beach. Located on the 4th floor it is just high enough to offer a wonderful view of the beach, the water, even the fireworks! Karyn and Michael were great hosts and answered any questions. Another great stay

This is the second year staying in this condo. It is the perfect location with an ocean view, steps from the beach and great location for the Wednesday fireworks. While it is right on Ocean Blvd, there is very little noise with triple pane windows. The rooms are well kept and very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful vacation!

My family and I have been vacationing at Hampton Beach for almost 18 years. We have stayed at many different locations (beach front) through the years and this unit by far is now one of our favorites. The cleanliness and owner response when needed was impeccable! 4th of July week

We had a wonderful time staying here, the condo is very clean and updated and is located in a great location. Oceanfront views are amazing and a short walk directly across the street to the beach. There’s plenty of places to eat, we ate at a few places in town as well as on the boardwalk. The apartment is well kept, updated and well lit. The kitchen is modern and if you choose to cook there are pots and pans, etc, we kept it simple and only made breakfast. We were very fortunate and had great weather the whole week, so we were able to get plenty of time on the beach. The Master Bedroom had a TV and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom had a TV and a bunk bed. The living room had a nice couch with a couple of chairs with a big screen TV. The bathroom was nice. We also had a great view of the fireworks that we watched on the 3rd and on the 4th of July. The only thing I would personally recommend would be a king size mattress in the Master and maybe pull out sofa bed. As far as the whole process of booking, it couldn’t have been any easier. The owners are very responsive and made it seamless. Had a little issue with WIFI one day, and when we notified Mike he got back ASAP and the issue was resolved. Mike and Karyn have a beautiful property and I would most certainly recommend this gem to anyone coming vacationing in Hampton Beach.

The property was absolutely amazing! The views from the balcony,.were so beautiful! Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation week short due to an illness, but Karyn and Michael were simply great. I'll definitely try and stay again!

Peaceful and bright

I spent a month off-season at this lovely, well-appointed unit with an amazing view of the ocean. A very bright and peaceful space, the furniture is new and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Quiet building, I rarely heard a peep from other units. Parking onsite for one vehicle. The view of the sunrise from the living room is breathtaking a great way to start the day. The deck feels private, and patio furniture is very comfortable. A great place to relax and read a book. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend and look forward to a return visit!

Great vacation stay

Our stay on Hampton Beach was great. The Green's were very organized and made the check in process very easy. The condo was clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. After going into two other condos in the building I was so pleased we rented from the Green's. The location was also was very convenient. We could walk anywhere. We had a wonderful stay.
