Esta joya escondida ubicada en Colonial Seaside Condominiums puede ser uno de los alquileres vacacionales más convenientemente ubicados en Hampton Beach, a solo unos pasos de la playa, el paseo marítimo, las salas de juegos, el Seashell Stage, el Casino Ballroom, el parque infantil, los restaurantes, los bares y las atracciones.

Great location, clear communication, and easy check in and out process. Would definitely stay here again! We were confised based on the listing if there was going to be bunk beds, but there ended up being 2 full beds and some sleeping pads/air mattresses for plenty of sleep options

Adorable little place

Everything was clean and orderly, beds were comfortable and it's incredibly well located. We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants, etc. Also, the hosts were terrific aboit communicating.

Super close to the beach

Condo is as described in the listing. Neighborhood was quiet during our stay for April vacation. Really great location to the boardwalk and beach. The owners are extremely nice, informative and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We needed a little family get a away to end the school year. This was perfect. So close to the beach and playground. Plenty of good restaurants close by and lots to do!

Close to the beach

Cute little beach condo. Decor was nice and had everything we needed. The location was great and it was so convenient to walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Also great to have the parking spot. Only not ideal was the two flights of stairs and no bathtub (since we had two kids under 3) but we made it work! I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described clean and comfortable. Great location close to everything. One small hiccup in the beginning. Contacted the host and was resolved very quickly. Very quiet being so close to the boardwalk. Great week at the beach.

I’ve been going to Hampton for 20 and staying in several different places. This was by far the nicest, cleanest and most convenient. The owners were super nice and helpful. The linens smell fresh, the fully stocked kitchen was immaculate, and the decor was very updated and modern. We will be back every year!

We did not actually get to stay as we ran into construction going on and chose to go somewhere else(we were pre advised). The owners were very understanding and quick to refund our money. I would not hesitate to work with or stay with them again. Great communication!

Excellent location!!!!

The week we spent in this condo was wonderful. Very close to the beach. The parking spot so close to the beach was a plus!!! The condo itself is immaculate. The decor was beautiful. The furnishings were very comfortable. Anything you may need for making meals was available in the condo. The attention to detail to make guest comfortable was spot on!! I sent several messages to Michael before our stay and during our stay, he responded back to me quickly, usually within the half hour! Thank you so much for the wonderful week, we couldn't have asked for a better place!

Convenient

This place is small but convenient. The beds were very comfortable. As far as the view ehh its behind a building that faces the ocean so you have to walk out to the back walk deck and to the corner to see it but you’re in front of someone elses door. The shower is only a stall with 1- 1/2” shelve. Does the trick but not comfortably. AC worked well. The parking spot was tight but was able to get my 4 door Wrangler in there comfortably. The love seat and there is only one is probably on its last leg. Oh and its two flights up. I think the biggest perk for here is convenience, its in the middle of the strip and right across from the beach. Communication was clear with the owners which is also helpful.

Great place to sleep and shower for adventurers on the go!

Spent very little time in the property, but still, I was very satisfied with my stay. Everything was as it appeared in the listing! Just a word of caution, not a complaint, the shower is small so if you are an X-tra medium like me , lathering up all over can get tricky!

Excellent location very clean

This condo is literally 2 blocks from the beach but off the boardwalk so was quiet at night. Everyone in the building was nice and respectful to each other. Owners are very nice and gave detailed email about arrival and things about the condo. You have a porch on both sides of the condo so that was nice. Parking spot is tight which they tell you in description but we have a Highlander and fit just fine. Kitchen/ living room area is not very big but definitely sufficient we cooked most of our meals at the condo and there is plenty of pots pans and dishes. There was 3 adults and 2 kids staying. Bathroom is small but was fine. Probably our only complaint would be new mattresses and bed frames would make your stay more comfortable.

Wonderful!

Perfect location, perfect set up. The hosts were very informative and let us know that it was open for an early check in. No issues otherwise. The location is great to the beach, good and entertainment. Lots of cute beach shops. Overall excellent experience!

Pleasant weekend getaway

Overall, we had a great stay. The property is in an excellent location, just steps from Ocean Boulevard. As mentioned in the description, the parking is a little tight yet manageable. The unit itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and are quick to respond to questions.

Perfect Friends Getaway

Just as described and within walking distance to everything. Perfect for three or four, might be tight for more, easily sleeps six and if you are there for the beach it is all you need.

Great Location!!

This condo is super cute and close to the beach. We walked to restaurants, shops, playground and beach. Only 40 minutes away from Salem, which was the reason for our trip. Keep in mind that it’s off season by the end of Oct so a lot of places are closed. We still found enough places to eat and shop.

Excellent Location

We loved the property - the proximity to the Beach and the concert venue and area restaurants could not have been better. The property was great for our needs - which was sleeping and resting mostly. Boardwalk Inn around the corner was amazing. No issues noted.
