This Cayucos Gem is in a beautiful location and close to everything, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms recently re-done. Two car garage equipped with a brand new barbecue ready to be rolled out and enjoyed, hig end air mattresses for extra guests, bring the whole family to this peaceful place to stay.

I will always be reachable by call or text.

The home is located on great street that Ocean can be seen and wonderfull neighbors all around.

The house was great, wonderful location. We had a fabulous time, the house had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for anything. The host was available for any questions or issues immediately. The beach was just down the street and so easy to get to and enjoy. Absolutely beautiful beach and views, loved every minute of our trip there ! The ping pong table was also great and enjoyed by the family. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was !

This was our second stay and we absolutely loved it. The house is clean, pet friendly, and a perfect location to the beach and town. Very quiet neighborhood and the perfect place to relax. The owner Newell, is just wonderful, very nice to communicate with. He really wants his guests to enjoy their stay.Thank you Newell for sharing your beach house with us.We can’t wait to return.

Nice house, beautiful location

We loved the house - plenty of room, very well equipped. Outdoor area very comfortable. A very short walk to the ocean. The house is well kept and comfortable.

Half a city block to beach access

Newell's place is *perfectly* located for beach fun! It's less than 500 feet to the public access- jist right for a quick surf check or a long sunset walk. One if the things we love about Cayucos is that we can let our dog roam off-leash. It's a great spot!

Beat The Heat: Mojave Desert (117) to Coast (72)

Oven, refrigerator, and toaster oven did not work. Sad, as we came prepared to cook family meals. Host refunded money for spoiled meat. Quiet. Firm beds. Good TV. Ample towels. Easy beach drive. No hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, napkins. Towel racks and shower heads broken, flimsy. With appliances and fixtures repaired, standard items stocked; this home would be great.

Great Family Beach Rental

The property was in a great location to enjoy wonderful Cayucos and the great dog friendly beach. The house was comfortable for 2 grandparents, 2 granddaughters and their parents, a total of 8 people. The house was clean and had all the amenities for a week-long stay at the beach. The fenced backyard was a great retreat for the toddlers and parents as well. We all loved the comfortable front yard patio. Communicating with Newell, the property manager, was easy and he responded quickly and courteously.

CalPoly Graduation Weekend - away from the fray

We stayed here for graduation weekend - easy ride up to campus for the festivities, less crowded beaches to enjoy in Cayucos - house only a block from dunes - and cute little town not overwhelmed by the graduation events. House was very comfortable and outdoor seating /patio was great. Recommend and if we are ever back - would stay again!

If you are looking for a place to stay that you can walk to the beach and to town this is the perfect place. Host was very responsive, and helpful. We love this area!

This is a cute house!

We enjoyed the convenience to the beach and town. Great house! If you're traveling with kids I recommend bringing paper plates and Lysol wipes to this particular location.

Weekday getaway

My husband and I loved our stay here. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. Easy walk to the beach. Around the corner from restaurants. The yard was completely fenced for our dogs and the front patio also has a fence and really extends the living area. Our only regret is that we only booked 3 nights. Next time we’ll stay longer. We didn’t want to leave.

Great house!

Had a wonderful time with my husband, 2 adult children and our dog. Location was amazing, literally steps from the beach. The fenced front and backyard were so convenient with our doggo and the neighbors were incredibly kind. The dog beach could not have been more perfect. The giant tv was great for watching movies and there was plenty of room for everyone. We spent lots of time playing games at the dinner table. The amenities had some ups and downs. Furniture and kitchen supplies were pretty dated. Just a few minor updates could really make this place shine. The kitchen tools were minimal, next time I would bring anything I may want to use for cooking/baking in. Plates and utensils were fine. The bed had a 6 inch memory foam mattress that I’m sure was added to make it extra comfortable, but it swallowed us up to the point we were hot and couldn’t move around. One kid slept fine, the other was also uncomfortable on the older mattresses. Bathrooms/showers were updated and clean, but there was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to go buy more. Overall, we really did enjoy the house and will likely try to come back in n the future.

Family Beach Time

Great location to access the beach. The garage is equipped with beach chairs and a wagon. A BBQ Grill and ping pong table made it very amenable for family time! Would stay again!

Wonderful Beach Home

Amazing location walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Open concept living room and kitchen was perfect for our evening game nights and the enclosed front courtyard and grassy backyard was perfect for our 2 small pups! We hope to return next year!

Great host and rental

House is super cute. Nice back and front yard. Hop skip and a jump to the beach access. Host is super responsive and super nice. Very clean. Next time we're out this way we will be looking to book with her again.

The Beach House

The fenced backyard was the best part for our two little dogs, especially with the sliding door. The rooms are big and the front patio is delightful any time of day. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer and dryer is great if you are staying for a longer time. The public access to the beach is at the end of the street. And yes you can hear the waves as you fall asleep.
