Luxury 4bdrm/3bath home boasting a peaceful private Tuscan Villa with a solar heated pool, brand new spa, hot outdoor shower, large California room with gas log fireplace and built-in outdoor kitchen. Cook at home in a beautiful fully stocked gourmet kitchen or take a 5 min drive to nearby family and high-end restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. Outdoor gaming area includes horseshoe and bean bag toss games. EV charger and freshly tuned piano! Greenbelt is right across the street. Large community park with a playground is a short walk. 30 minutes to downtown Sacramento, 1.5 hours to Tahoe, San Francisco or Napa, and too many local attractions to list! Welcome to beautiful wonderland where functionality meets practicality and design! This luxurious, one level, all fenced home is located on a safe quiet neighborhood street. Whole house is lovingly set up for the needs of all your family members. This house feels very specious and has multiple sitting areas for conversations and dining inside and outside. Play in the pool, spa, recline and watch a movie or venture out and rent motorized as well as non-motorized sports at Folsom Lake. Enjoy great hiking and biking trails around the lake. Sacramento Aquatic center also provides non-motorized water sport rentals. Paddleboarding or kayaking anyone? Multiple wineries and craft breweries to visit and explore. Thunder Valley Casino for the fate temping kind. Kids' activities include Sunsplash Water Park, Quarry Park Adventures, Sacramento Zoo and Fairyland, bowling, mini golf, bumper cars to name a few. Guest satisfaction and happiness are our number one priority. We only own and operate two (soon to be three) houses as short-term rentals and take a lot of pride in it. Both houses are within a mile from each other, and we live nearby also. We are always available to assist our guests with any questions or concerns. Please let us know sooner rather than later if something needs to be addressed so we can make your stay more enjoyable, and the house will be ready for the next guest. But, most importantly, have a wonderful time and build those lifetime memories with your family and friends!

Gorgeous home and backyard

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend getaway at this beautiful home! The house was very clean, welcoming and plenty of room for 8 of us. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard. We'd love to stay here again.

Clean Family-fun Property

The house was immaculate from a cleanliness perspective and was outfitted perfectly for our family with younger children. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and were responsive to us throughout our reservation and stay. The pool and kids room were highlights of our stay and the garden was really inspiring. This is definitely a property where we’d stay again.

Great Family time together

Great Property, Great location close to my oldest sons house , made it easy to go back and forth . The pool is great the waterfall was just awesome , The house actually looks better than the pictures in my opinion . very well supplied found all we needed in the house we will be staying again as we visit the area quite a bit grand kids !!!!

Amazing house

We found a need to stay in a rental just before the Christmas holiday. This place was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The host even had it decorated for the holiday. I would highly recommend this house. The location, amenities and hosts were perfect.

Unbelievable home!

Maria made our trip so easy. The home was lovely! Spacious clean and open! The hot tub was a bonus for our kids! She made it so accommodating with toys too! The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable!! We will be back no doubt!!!

Great Property. Open space park for our dog was across the street. House was immaculate. Everything you need ... including lots of hangars (which if you rent frequently, you know rarely exist). Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Very responsive Host.

Better Than Imagined

This house is incredible. The space is perfectly laid out. The backyard is an oasis with endless activities to keep all ages busy. The house had everything you would need and more than you would expect. The owner is so caring, thoughtful, and professional. We do not have enough amazing things to say about this house. We came for a family wedding and plan to come back as a family just to vacation in this house, it was that amazing.

Best weekend ever!!

This was our first experience with a vacation rental property and it far exceeded our expectations. We celebrated a 70th birthday with our family who lives in Roseville and the house was perfect!!! The kids could swim, go for a walk in Maidu and the adults could all sit together watching the hockey playoffs. The house is made for family gatherings. The neighborhood is so quiet and nice. There is a park just down the street. Maria responded to any questions we had within minutes. The garden area is amazing! I just can't say enough nice things about the whole experience.

We looked at the property on Vrbo’s website and thought it was charming, but after arriving, the place was absolutely gorgeous! Better than the website advertise. The hose is very spacious, well maintained, and provides everything a guest would need including kids! I would rebook in the future!! The host Maria is so accommodating, and responsive to our questions. I did not meet her, but I felt like I did!!! Just a lovely person to speak with.

Absolutely Amazing

Maria was a fantastic and accommodating Host. We were visiting from Idaho for an 80th birthday party. The home was extremely comfortable and inviting. The backyard was an oasis. Beautifully landscaped and clean, like a 5 star resort. The garden was over the top and everything was in bloom and producing. The home was the perfect layout for our family of five. Kitchen was perfect for entertaining. A really, really great place to vacation. We have family in Lodi and Chico, so Roseville is perfectly located to visit both. Coming back next year and will stay again. Thank you so much Maria!!

Large Beautiful Home

Enjoyed this lovely and spacious home. The house was very clean and well supplied. The kitchen/dinning room is large and open so people could fix food and play games all in one room. Everyone enjoyed the outside games, hot tube and shower. Plus the back patio was very relaxing for family chats! The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to go on walks. The owners are very responsive and readily available. My family really enjoyed their visit!!

What a great location and residence for my co-workers to stay at for the month. Professional care from Maria and the entire process easy from start to finish. We love the spaciousness of the home with plenty of room to roam. The house stays cool and comfortable in the summer and has an outdoor and indoor fireplaces to cozy up by in the winter. We love the outdoor kitchen with the grill, sink and mini fridge. Plenty of sitting areas outside, bringing the indoor living outdoors. For relaxation time, soak in the large master bathtub, read a book in the chaise by the master bedroom window or stroll through the side yard vegetable garden/orchard. The other side of the house offers gaming time with horseshoes and cornhole. And, don't forget the pool and spa! You wouldn't want to go back home!
