You'll feel all of life's stresses melt away the moment you walk in to this impressive, yet comfortable, beachfront condo with stunning views of the turquoise and teal waters and sugar white sand of your private Beach on the Emerald Coast. Relax on your beachfront/pool front balcony with your morning coffee listening to the gentle sounds of the waves, or watch the orange-y/pink sunset glow over the ocean with a cold drink. With the balcony so close to the beach, you'll practically feel as if you're sitting on the sand. This building actually sits closer to the beach/sand then many other properties in the area.
Inside this well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach condo at Blue Lupine, you’ll find 2 comfortable sofas and a 75 inch smart tv with access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. for movie night or the big game in the living room. The spacious dining table easily seats 6, with additional room at the game/work table that overlooks this incredible view. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you could possibly need for either a quick snack, or a feast for 10. The master bedroom boasts sliding glass doors to the balcony, with a beautiful view of the beach (even from the bed!), an incredibly comfortable, soft, king size bed with 3 inch memory foam soft topper, and smart tv. The master bathroom provides the perfect oasis with a separate walk in shower, and large soaking tub with jets. Two separate vanities provide plenty of space for each of you. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with flat screen tv, and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers 2 twin size beds, a flat screen tv, and attached bathroom that also opens up into the hall area. The living room includes one sleeper sofa, which is perfect for the kiddos or young adults. A washer and dryer is also provided inside the condo for your convenience.
The balcony overlooks not only the beautiful private beach, but also the beachfront pool and hot tub. This low density, peaceful property is very easy to navigate; you can pop right up to the condo from the pool for lunch or snacks. Restrooms are also provided near the pool.
Free beach service for our private beach included with all reservations between March and October, 2024. Beach service includes two beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and one side table set up for you on the beach early each morning, and taken down in the evenings. You will also have complimentary use of 4 adult bicycles, 4 portable beach chairs, a small cooler, 8 beach/pool towels, and plenty of beach/sand toys for the kids. A high chair, pack and play, books, and numerous games for both kids and adults/families are also supplied for you free of charge (baby items must be requested minimum of 7 days in advance).
No need to skip your work out if you don't wish to, as access to the large onsite gym is included with your stay, and is located inside the same building and same floor as the condo. Treadmills, ellipticals, cross trainers, bikes, weight machines, and free weights are all at your disposal.
One covered, gated parking space is provided underneath the building, other vehicles park in the overflow parking lot outdoors. Golf carts are permitted on this property, but there is no charging station so we advise you to rent a gas powered cart and not an electric powered cart.
This beautiful Beach Front 3rd floor condo is located at Blue Mountain Beach Condos (formerly called The Inn at Blue Mountain) in the Blue Mountain Beach Area of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, on 30A, and is walking distance to several great restaurants and cafés, coffee and ice cream places, a pub, small bakery, health food store, Massage studio, etc.
Reservations that take place between March 1 and October 3, 2024 will receive 2 complimentary beach chair rentals along with 1 complimentary beach umbrella. This will be provided by the on-site beach service company.
