Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Beachcrest Condos in Santa Rosa Beach. The room was great—very clean, comfortable, and met our needs completely. The condo was stocked to perfection. The only small drawback was that there wasn’t a large pantry for storing food purchases, but that was minor overall.The location is perfect. You truly can’t beat it. I highly recommend 30A Café, which is just across the street and down a block—their she-crab soup is the best on all of 30A.I was extremely impressed with Benchmark. They were professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We originally booked for three weeks, but due to weather issues back home and storms across the South, we needed to extend our stay—and they accommodated us seamlessly.One thing to be aware of is that this time of year there are condo updates and renovations happening, so noise levels can be a bit annoying at times. Also, directions for using the TV could be improved, especially navigating between the two remotes.Overall, it was a great experience. The beach is private and absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend.

The unit was spotless and well equipped. The property was very well maintained, and had amazing views with easy access to the beach. Benchmark did a phenomenal job of communicating before and during our stay, quickly addressing any questions we had. One of the best rental experiences we’ve had on 30A!

BUT let's be honest the view from this unit is simply stunning. We ate breakfast out on the balcony every day and just soaked in the views. The beach was great for walking as far as you want to go either way or just sit under the umbrella and soak in the view. We will be back!

We searched a lot of properties and glad we found this one

Three adults. Unit was great, location is very nice. We did not use our car during our stay and rented bikes to ride to Seaside or local establishments. . A large amount of cart rentals too. Beach was great, only issue is beach service starts picking up chairs and umbrella around 4….two hours too early. We would come back again. Wish they had a guest book with previous renter comments on restaurants, etc

Beautiful condo facing the ocean

This was a beautifully decorated condo. It was roomy and perfect for our 25th anniversary celebration. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils. The gigantic coffee cups won my heart. We are coffee drinkers! We took our coffee out on the balcony every morning and watched the waves and listened to the ocean. It was a magnificent stay. The showers could use an update but they are perfectly functional. The bed was great and bedding was nice. My biggest complaint was the super early check out time of 10am. It seems like venues are forcing guests out earlier and earlier and it is so inconvenient. I really consider it quite rude and a poor customer service practice. We asked for a later checkout since our flight left at 4pm but we were denied. We sat in the heat waiting on our driver and monitored the condo. No one entered until after we left at noon. A late checkout could have been easily accommodated.

Property is located perfectly on the beach. The decor is up to date and modern as described and cozy n comfy with an amazing view of the ocean. It provides great access to area restaurants and shops. Having the accessibility to your room throughout the day made going back n forth easy and with absolutely no hassle. Def recommend this amazing spot.

Beautiful and quiet property on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the entire place, it was quiet, clean and had a beautiful view of the water. Our only recommendation is there were not any extra blankets or throws and the vent in the master bathroom didn’t blow much air so showering and blowing drying hair made the room extremely hot.
