No need to wait in long lines for the beach (unless you want to). The backyard welcomes you, your friends and family to a 16 x 32 saltwater in-ground pool. Sit under the cedar pool covering to get out of the sun or have lunch under the pergola.
Inside of the home offers a 3BR/3BA which sleeps 8-10 people comfortably; with 1 King bed, 2 Queen size beds, 2 Full size beds and 2 Extra long twin beds.

Everything you need for a great stay on the Cape. House was very clean and the backyard was very peaceful with private pool. Close to beach and shopping and dining.

Nice private property with pool

This renovated home is very clean and modernized. It is nicely located in Mashpee on a quiet street. The owner was attentive and responsive, basically living right behind the property.

Perfect getaway for our family of 4

This property is a must rent. Every nook has been updated recently, its minutes away from Mashpee Commons, Raw Bar at Popponesset as well as South Cape Beach, the pool offers a little oasis for much needed quiet time and the owners were more than accommodating with any of our questions.

Home away from home

Great house! Very clean, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, pool was amazing! Great location near Mashpee Commons, grocery etc. Owners very responsive to any questions. We hope to stay here again another year! Highly recommend.

Perfect vacation house

House was just as we had hoped. Everything was clean and set up just as we needed it. The pool was relaxing after being down at the beach. Owners were quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We had a great week on The Cape!!

Awesome vacation spot!

Traci & Mike were so welcoming and amazing hosts. The house is beautiful. There is a new addition that made it so much bigger and was a nice surprise. The pool is amazing! Our family of four really enjoyed the trip. It was close enough to home that our friends could come for a day trip. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Week

This house was perfect for our family getaway. The house was newly renovated. With the pool, the arcade game, and the double bunk beds, there was plenty of space for the kids to play, and the adults to relax. No one from my group could think of a bad thing to say about this house. We had a great time, and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Amazing!

Everything about this house was great. The house has so many upgrades, big and small, that you definitely feel like you are on vacation from the moment you walk in the door...the bottle of champagne waiting for you also helps! The pool was so nice to have and still left a decent yard to hang out and play in. The neighborhood is quiet and shopping, beaches and exploring are only moments away in any direction. We would go back to this house in a heartbeat!

Great Vacation Home

A welcome basket was awaiting us, what a great way to start vacation. The house is beautiful and has many hidden surprises in the bathroom fixtures. The sun wasn't always out, so we spent more time at the pool then the beach, but that added to the relaxing time we had. We had a week long game of CapeCodopoly!! It is a great neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and more importantly ice cream shops.

Stunning and Perfect for a Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful stay! The backyard was perfect for our two-year-old- the pool is separate from the yard and deck, and the entire yard is fenced, so she could run and play safely. The pool itself was beautiful, clean, and such a treat.Check-in was super easy with the door code, and the kitchen was incredible- huge, with a six-burner stove, every utensil you could need, an oven with an air fry feature, a big pantry, and Bosch appliances.Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The art is beautiful, every room has its own TV, and the cubbies for daily items were so handy. We loved the massive walk-in closet, and every bathroom having a shower. The soaking tub and rain shower were pure luxury, and the tubs were perfect for our little one.The open living spaces made it easy to move around with multiple adults and a toddler constantly “driving” her baby doll stroller under foot. The home felt bright, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment we arrived.The owners were kind, responsive, and communicative, making the entire experience seamless. We’d happily return in a heartbeat!

5 star stay!

This property not only checked off every box, it exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was perfect - from the design of the house to the amenities to the outdoor pool area - and pool, of course!! And maybe the best part is the owners. Traci was always reachable and we knew we could reach out to her about anything and we would hear back from her promptly! And she went above and beyond - including going out of her way to meet up with me with some items I’d left in the dryer! She is the sweetest! I honestly can’t say enough about our experience at Mike and Traci’s beautiful home!

Lovely but not quite the best it could be yet.

Positives - lovely peaceful location ideal for exploring Cape Cod. Spotlessly clean modern spacious property that’s recently had an new extension *property owner hasn’t updated any photos of the renovation on their listing yet. Owner is easily contactable and responsive. Negatives - No complimentary toiletries compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in. We had no clothes or toiletries with us due to our checked in bags being left in London by the airline. We would’ve liked a shower on arrival after our long journey before we headed out to buy supplies until our bags arrived. The new extension needs some finishing touches to take it to where it needs to be. It feels unfinished. Some rugs, cushions, lamps and artwork in the lounge would make it more homely and less bare. Reading lamps are needed in the bedroom. The bedroom lights are so bright! The missing skirting board in the en suite bathroom needs replacing. The kitchen lacks some basic items such as a salad bowl and some large serving plates. The property sleeps 8 people now it’s been extended so the pool needs more sun loungers to accommodate a party of 8. A full length mirror in the hall area would be an advantage. The tiny ironing board needs replacing with a more practical standard sized one. We’ve stayed in lots of holiday rentals and this place has so much more potential than it offers at the moment. A few changes/updates would make it worthy of a 5 star rating overall.

Wonderful family vacay

First, I’d like to say the property is beautiful. The house and pool were clean, well appointed and exactly as pictured. Everything we needed. The one thing missing was the fire pit which was shown in several of the listing pictures. The owner left a little welcome gift for us which was a nice touch. I felt the responsiveness was quick and thorough. But there was one thing I wanted to mention as I was surprised neither the listing nor the reviews had. The owners have a large, renovated barn in the back. It seems they stay there when the house is rented. It’s fenced off but very close to the house/pool so that we kept the blinds closed in half the house the entire trip. I would have liked the transparency up front about them staying on the property especially with children. We never heard them and rarely saw them but it was a little awkward at times.

This place is wonderful!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and decorated very well. The kitchen had many pots, pans, toaster, etc. Along with a large variety of spices. The pool area was so fun to hang out at and it made us feel safe with a 2 and 4 year old because of the fence around the pool. There is also a soaking tub in the downstairs bathroom. We would definitely come back!

Cape get away

Just spent a lovely week in Mashpee at Mike & Traci's house. Location was a quick drive to South Cape Beach with no traffic regardless of the time. Plenty of parking at the town beach there after getting a weekly beach pass from town hall. Pool was a nice feature and the kids enjoyed it on days we didn't go to the beach. Kitchen is set-up nicely with a nice 5 burner gas range. House was very clean upon our arrival. A couple of notes for prospective vacationers: 1) No beach paraphernalia at all (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys etc. so bring what you need. 2) No blender 3) No miscellaneous games, puzzles etc. Overall, was a great property that fit our family of 5 perfectly and could have absorbed one more without question.
