Enjoy Cape Cod from our updated and tastefully decorated cottage in charming Maushop Village, New Seabury. Located in a seaside Nantucket style village, you'll be steps away from the private beach, nearby waterfront dining and a short trail walk from The Poppy Marketplace - filled with quaint shops, restaurants (including The Raw Bar featuring "The Best Lobster Roll on Cape Cod"), mini golf and seasonal weekend live entertainment. Falmouth/Woods Hole and Hyannis are just 20 minutes away - giving you access to shops, restaurants, fishing and the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. This is a quiet and carefree vacation spot – perfect for anyone wanting a relaxed and safe vacation, where you can unwind or explore the Cape.

At 1,000+ square feet of living space, this is one of the largest models in Maushop - perfect for 4 people or an additional guest, using the queen sofa. You'll find this cottage to be in pristine condition, with 2 newly renovated full bathrooms with high-end fixtures, a bright and open kitchen, leading to a comfortable family room and dining room. One full shower/tub tiled bath is on the first floor (washer/dryer in closet), along with a bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, skylight and 2 twin beds. Upstairs, you'll find a beautifully tiled shower walk-in shower (uniquely large for Maushop Village) and the master bedroom, complete with a queen bed and "California closet" - perfect to keep you organized in your home away from home!

Our guests often comment on the coastal decor and furnishings of our home and find it to be well-stocked with all you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen has great cabinet space, a large granite island, Bausch stainless steel appliances, a convection microwave and an induction stove. Outside, you'll find a Weber gas grill, table and umbrella and extra seating.

Wifi, Google Nest audio, 3 smart t.v.s with cable, no-filter drip coffee pot, Kuerig coffee pot, linens (sheets, towels, blankets), ample appliances and kitchen necessities, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blankets, and a beach cart are all provided so you can pack light and feel right at home!

We rent on a limited basis and our home has remained impeccable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Maushop beach townhouse. We loved this seaside beauty! It is the perfect location to walk to Maushop Village Beach and the Poppy Marketplace. Everything we could have needed was included. The kitchen and baths were outstanding. Jen is a gracious hostess with impeccable taste. We will be back for a third stay!

Loved all the necessities and accessories in the home.The keypad/key locks took some getting used to, but I finally figured it out.The size of the place was perfect for 2 people. We each had our own private space and a comfortable gathering room to be together.

Already booked for next year!

You know it was a 5 star property when you’re booking next year’s trip while still on vacation! We’ve been coming to Maushop Village for a few years now, and the location is amazing. The beach is so close, the shops and restaurants all within walking distance, and the people are all so friendly. This property is beautifully decorated and maintained. The host was communicative and friendly. We created so many family memories and can’t wait for next year’s visit!!

Fantastic Rental

It’s rare to find a reasonably priced, well-appointed, and updated rental so close to the beach. With two young kids, knowing that I didn’t need to worry about chairs, a wagon, linens etc. made this getaway more of a vacation! We have stayed on the village before and this by far the best rental we experienced so far.

Perfect for a Relaxing Week

We spent a week at this cottage with our two adult daughters and it was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and a stone’s throw from a beautiful beach and wooded walking paths. It is set in a charming cottage community. The owner, Jen, was so friendly and responsive. We will highly recommend this cottage to our friends.

Fabulous Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location is perfect, with a two-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the Poppy Marketplace. The home is very spacious, air conditioned, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The kitchen and baths are new and offer the latest most up-to-date amenities. Beautifully decorated with a relaxing Serena and Lily vibe. We felt at home the moment we arrived and made some magical moments with our family. We would love to rent this wonderful beach home again. Phenomenal!

We had a lovely stay in Mashpee at this peaceful getaway. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and communication were all top notch! It is probably one of the top VRBO homes we have stayed in for cleanliness. It is truly steps from a private beach and geographically well situated to both ports to get to both Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. The supermarket close to Mashpee Commons also has a variety of already prepared meal options. We definitely cannot wait for our return stay! A+++

Sun sea relaxation

The cottage is perfectly placed to enjoy all the amenities of Sea Berry from walks on the beach to exploring the many trails. The owner has tastefully decorated the cottage in blues and white to compliment the nautical feel of the area. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment that you need and the pretty crockery adds to the ambiance of a perfect meal. Maushop village is a an absolutely charming condo association that’s more like a quaint Nantucket style village. Everything is very beautiful, convenient, and family friendly …all right next to a sandy beach. And this particular condo…is cozy and the perfect size for a family of four. It’s well decorated and everything feels update, clean and new. Also, the owner is particularly quick to respond and was always patient and kind with all our questions,. 5 star stay!

Our stay at this beautiful condo in Maushop Village was a 5 star experience from beginning to end. The owner let us enter the unit early because it was available without an additional charge. Her cleaning crew does an amazing job of leaving the unit spotless. The condo is decorated in soothing blue and white colors and exactly as the pictures show. No detail has been spared, they literally thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing. The beach is 1 minute from the unit and private, with plenty of space to spread out and then some. The owners care about your experience, displayed by their communication and follow up. Our family can't wait to return!

Perfect stay for a family!

This property caught my eye right away from the listing pictures. My family is familiar with the area and knew we wanted it immediately for our Labor Day weekend trip with my Mom. Having two younger kids it was so amazing to be just a minutes walk to the private beach (we didn’t even have to pack chairs, umbrella or towels from home!). The private beach was nice and quiet even for a busy holiday weekend. We all slept so great as the beds and linens are comfortable and feel luxurious. It’s the perfect size house for a few adults or a family with younger children. We enjoyed s’mores on the grill on the patio and relaxed on the comfy couch during our rainy day watching movies. Overall 10 out of 10 and already looking to rebook again for next year! Jen, the Host, was so easy to get in contact with but honestly didn’t even need to because everything was perfect!

Could not have been a more perfect 2

We absolutely fell in love with Maushop Village last year and returned this year with our extended family. Jen's home is stunning inside and out. As a person who appreciates beautiful design, this home gave me so much to admire. Along with the decor and beautiful details, The thoughtful touches throughout the space make it feel like a home. We were there with our 2 young children and my brother-in-law and his wife and the space was comfortable for all of us. However, we do look forward to returning with just our family so we can take advantage of the gorgeous upstairs bed and bath. As they traveled the furthest they got the best digs! Jen's communication was above and beyond, including taking a late night call to explain some maintenance work that was to be happening at the beach during our stay. Lucky for us not only did we have perfect weather, but the work wrapped up by the time we arrived.

Jen’s property is lovely! The unit is super clean, modern, tastefully decorated, and very tranquil! The kitchen is filled with all the essentials and more; Bath towels are plush; bedrooms are comfortable and roomy with excellent storage. The location is amazing… steps to the beach and easy car access to all that Cape Cod has to offer. Perfect visit!

Highly Recommend!

This place was clean, quiet, and in a nice central location in Cape Cod. The private beach was close and never crowded. Jen was very helpful, making sure we had no issues with check-in and going out of her way to help when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage!

A beautifully updated cottage organized with everything you might need!!

This cottage is obviously owned by people who are meticulous and detailed. It's beautifully decorated and everything is new and works well. The beds are VERY comfortable, linens and towels are lovely quality and care has been taken in choosing great quality items throughout the home. Awesome owners who care about this property! Family wedding and reunion

Our son got married on Saturday, May 28 at the Popponessett Inn. We had family and friends that came from all over the country to help us celebrate and many of them stayed in the same New Seabury village area. The location was so convenient and easy to get around. It was walking distance to a great beach and the little marketplace. Our host, Jen, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this quaint condo. It had everything we needed. A great time was had by all. It was a Memorial Day weekend to remember!

We reside in PA and are so grateful for this vacation home in Maushop Village, where we and our guests take time to unwind and reconnect with one another and nature. We rented in Maushop for many years, so our daughters could grow up enjoying the relaxed vibe of Cape. We enjoy walking the beach, the trails, weekend nights at the Poppy marketplace, enjoying live music and lobster rolls, exploring Cape towns, fishing and trips to the Vineyard and Nantucket. We have local resources to help us manage our home and we are always available by phone to make sure you will leave Maushop and our home having loved it as much as we do!
