Summary:

Gorgeous Luxury Home new construction. Bring together different family members for a fabulous vacation. Brand-new three-story home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located on San Carlos Island close enough to the Fort Myers Beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the heavy seasonal traffic. Just under a mile to the beach!



Twelve guests can be comfortably accommodated with the use of a futon. It's possible to add in a couple more people with the use of air mattresses or cots. Lots of room in the house to accommodate.



The brand new pool and deck area are awesome, perfect for fun whether spending the day there or coming back after a hot day at the beach.

Great house and location

Property is in great shape, nice pool, and with in walking distance of a number of bars, restaurants and entertainment. there is even a bus/shuttle that picks you up on the corner and takes you to the beach so you do not have to drive/park.

The property and neighborhood is in great shape given the hurricane just over a year ago. Many local businesses back open. Super close walk (over the bridge) to the beach, 0.7 miles. The home is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay!

Beautiful house

Our crew of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed this house. Lots of room for us to spread out or congregate in the kitchen/living/dining room area. Lovely porches to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine and the view of the water. Great location to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva. And the pool is heated! Would definitely book again!

Awesome!

We loved our stay! It was a beautiful house and great location, perfect for multiple families vacationing together (like we did). Our only comment was the floors left our feet black all week, even after walking on them for just 5 or 10 minutes, requiring us to wear flip flops in the house all week, even right after a shower. We had 2 crawling babies with us so knowing they were crawling on that floor was a little disappointing. Aside from that, we loved our stay and would rent here again!

The family enjoyed our stay. We had multi-generational individuals in the family on this vacation and everyone had a great time. we had an incredible stay at Barry's VRBO. His hospitality was outstanding, and the flawless home exceeded expectations. The folding doors at the front were a brilliant touch, adding to the overall charm. Barry was easily accessible, making the experience seamless. The home's numerous features comfortably accommodated two families, and considering all the added amenities, the price was an absolute bargain. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway!

Perfect

I rented this property for my family (8 adults, 1 teen, and 1 infant) and it was perfect and everyone had plenty of room and we didn’t feel on top of each other. We came to Ft Myers for my grandmas 100th birthday and to have my immediate family all be able to stay in one place was very convenient. Property was well maintained and very clean. 100% recommend and would rent again.

Location Location Location! Wonderful hosts.

The home was beautiful, and we enjoyed walking over the bridge to get to the beach each day (avoiding parking and traffic) and walking to dinner at Dixie Fish Company (even closer than the beach) at night. We took this trip post-Ian and were first-timers to FMB, so we were not sure what to expect, but the beaches were open, there were food trucks and live music each day and night, and we enjoyed witnessing first-hand the progress made in the FMB community. We'll be back!

We loved this house!

This house was a great place for our family of 10. A place for everyone to sleep in a bed. Ages ranged from 74 to 9, grandparents, parents and grandkids. Our first whole family vacation since our dauaghter got married in 2011, so this was her kids' first one. We had a great time. Thank you.

The Beach Walk home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and secluded but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. Watching the sunset from the front porch balcony is breath taking.

The house is new and is beautifully furnished. The heated pool allows for swimming year round.
