INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Relaxation Galore!

We had a wonderful time! The place was great, with plenty of room for all. Kitchen set up was wonderful, view amazing, beds comfy!! We will definitely be back!

Family Get Away

The unit was beautiful and perfect for our visit. The kids loved the sand bar in the front of the condo and the pools. Everything was easy to find and the condo was large enough for everyone to have their own space. We would stay again!

Perfect

This rental was perfect for our stay! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were also super comfortable! There was plenty of seating on the balcony for our party of 9. This was our first time staying at The Majestic and we have no complaints. We stayed on a holiday weekend and never had any issues with the elevators, finding a spot by the pool or beach!

Family Vacation

Beautiful Condo with a great view. Plenty of room for the 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers & a 12 yo). We took advance of golfing & beach services both were great. If looking for just a beach vacation this is the place. If you need more entertainment, proximity to shopping and restaurants you’ll need a car unless you are okay walking a few miles each way. Go to the pool early if you want a chair. Overall we would definitely rent this location again if we return to PCB in the future.

A Panama Surprise!

This was the perfect condo for our family of four and my parents! The master bedroom and bath were very spacious and so were the other two rooms and bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised at the space of the condo and the nice sized balcony. It is an end unit so you are away from the elevator and have nice size windows with ocean view in a bedroom and dining room. The master has sliding doors onto the balcony which has ample seating to enjoy the view of the ocean. We were in PCB for a baseball tournament so we didn’t have a lot of spare time, but we did utilize the complimentary beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs a couple times (Mar-Oct this is complimentary) We did not use the pool, but is a nice size and didn’t seem very busy. The condo is well stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, drink ware, etc. which made it easy to cook our meals. In regards to the management company, Panhandle Getaways, they were fantastic to work with. Very responsive via text and always answered my questions promptly. Lastly, the Panama Grand property was clean and in a less busy area of the beach which made it more relaxing. No issues with elevators being slow or inoperable. This condo was pet friendly, but we didn’t end up bringing our dog so I cannot speak to the pet areas or the process of registering the dog. But it was nice to know we could bring our dog if needed. If a baseball tournament ever brings us back to PCB, I hope we can stay at this condo again! Note: if you are traveling here between November-March you may have a different experience with the busyness of the area as it is what we Floridians refer to as “season”

Panama City Vacation

Overall this property was very good. Great location and view. There were only 3 negative items I have. The first is that we were awaken by a smoke detector chirping 60 seconds. We got through the night with it and I discovered the next morning that the backup battery was dead. The expiration date on the battery was 2020. This item should be checked and replaced at least yearly. The second was the black mold along the patio door of the guest bedroom. One of the guest that was sleeping in that room who has a respiratory condition had a reaction to it. We eventually switched rooms and gave them the master bedroom. The third issue was getting the 2 free chairs daily to use. The gentlemen handing out the chairs said we weren’t on the list and we never ended up using them. We all had a great time even though there were some issues.
