You're going to love spending your next Davenport vacation in this open and spacious townhouse located in the wonderful Champions Gate community! The lower-level living space is dressed in cool tones, comfy furniture, and shimmering tile floors. Hang out with friends in the living room to watch a good ballgame or Netflix or DVD movie on the mounted flatscreen TV then use the full kitchen to assemble some delicious beverages for everyone. You'll love the kitchen's attractive tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and spacious countertops when you cook up tonight's family meal. You can serve everyone at the wood dining table with partial bench seating and enough room for six guests while the kids chatter away from the breakfast bar's four barstools. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes while you adjourn to the furnished patio with your guests. The kids will love swimming in the private pool while you take care of that last-minute project via the high-speed WiFi. The central AC will ensure everything stays nice and cool while you're here, and when it's time to call it a night, you'll have five well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, two on the main level and three more upstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
