Just steps away from Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort and an easy drive from a public beach, this two-bedroom condo will provide your mountain vacation with lots of fun-filled, happy memories! Spread out on the living room's comfy and attractive furniture and challenge the kids to a good game on the Wii gaming system. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, cookbooks, and plenty of stainless steel appliances to help you turn out a delicious meal for the family. The expandable dining table has seating for four and you can also take your meals al fresco out on the private deck.

Take the complimentary beach towels out for a trip to the beach, then come back home to unwind while the ceiling fan keeps everything nice and cool. This home is a ski-in/ski-out property, so you'll have easy access to the slopes come winter. Hot-weather guests will have access to the private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina in the summer!

This home is not currently participating in the Tahoe Donner Guest Pass program. As such, guests at this home are not able to use the Tahoe Donner Amenities

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Amazing location

Amazing location, well equipped home. Great for small family. Couldn’t figure out heating the upstairs rooms, and a heating panel was left uncovered exposing wiring.

Nice place to stay

Property was a little hard to find and some of the instructions weren’t extremely clear. Overall it was a nice place in a great location. The internet was out most of the stay and it would have been nice for the cold nights we couldn’t go out so we could watch a movie, but everything else was great.

Tahoe Donner Ski Weekend

The location is amazing with walking proximity to the ski resort. The property could’ve been a bit cleaner: dirty fireplace and some pet hair remnants from a previous guest. Overall very satisfied.

Great condo, amazing location

Perfect condo for our little family and just a few steps from the ski lift. The heaters had been fixed and were working upstairs. Internet was down and we called about this the first morning but nothing was done about it. Overall a pleasant stay.

Condo was comfortable

The condo was comfortable overall and has a pretty good kitchen in terms of amenities available. We had trouble with the coffee pot working. Luckily the pods worked just can’t brew a pot of coffee. Wifi was a little spotty. Overall the condo met our needs, especially for price point. Communication with vacasa was convenient and easy.

We got switched to Vacasa. No alternative heat source. The up stairs heaters were burnt wires.

There was ice on the inside windows. When we asked for help. No response. No alternative light soucre during power outage. Total nighmare. Read All previous reviews. I wish I had.

Between a 3-4

Big enough and had plenty of items in the kitchen, just felt very loved in and not as clean as I would have hoped for. Pillows in main bedroom were huge and uncomfortable, house was frigid when we arrived and took a long time to hear up. Rug in living room was pretty dirty, floors were extremely cold even when the house warmed up. Worked for a short trip, but just didn't love it.

when we arrived the power was out in the kitchen and living room. It was repaired three days later. The kitchen and appliances worked fine after that. The clothes dryer exhaust hose seems to be disconnected and the dryer vents directly into the bathroom where it's located. temps were high 90s days and 50s overnight, so we opened windows in evening and closed them during day, which kept condo comfortable but mosquitos got in through holes in window screens which was a problem. Last three days of our stay, the wifi stopped working. We never got it restarted.

5 stars if the WIFI had worked

Perfect location, perfect apartment. I would have given 5 stars, but we had one huge problem: the WIFI never worked. My husband had to work and couldn't for the whole stay; he lost 3 days of work! The problem was not solved although it seemed quite simple to do. We didn't understand why it couldn't be solved immediately. If we had known, we wouldn't have booked this apartment. It would have been perfect if we hadn't gotten this problem. This apartment has everything you need and it is right on the slopes. We would love to go back.....with internet connection!

No WiFi limited heat

The location cannot be beat for the ski lifts. Short 3 min walk to the lifts. The mountain had limited runs but no lines. The unit upstairs can be heard very easily when they are moving around. Thank goodness it seemed like the people above us left after one day and no one else was there. The unit has all the basic amenities. The coffee maker work fine, as someone from another review didn't know how to work it because I initially did the same thing and coffee went everywhere. You need to use the correct pod and make sure it closes. The heater upstairs does not work and there was no internet service on the WiFi. You are limited to one parking pass. The condo is very lived in and could use some new paint throughout, but over all it was pleasant due to the proximity of the ski lift.

Horrible Stay, Horrible service, Dirty unit - No heat, no hottub or sauna....

Arrived to unit during snowstorm to find it filthy, dog hair, dirty dishes, dirty sheets, dirty towels.. and a note from last tenant that they stayed an extra night and sorry unit is dirty with no detergent or cleaning supplies or wood for fireplace because they used them all....???!!! No cleaning had happened because of overstay and snowstorm?? what???? Never will I EVER book through VRBO< EXPEDIA OR VACASA. Awful customer service. Talked with a lady in Texas about snow- hahaha ... she was NOT helpful. Vacasa Ca refunded cleaning fee - I spent 1.5 days getting supllies and cleaning unit. Picking up dog poop on deck, washing sheets and towels,doing dishes, cleaning out fridge, throwing away old food from prior stay, shoveling walkway to car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!

I booked this based on pictures on the website. I am a school teacher on.limited budget so this looked like a great place for my family. It was not like the picture. Very misleading. So many issues from the get go. As I see other reviews a lot of the same things . Weeds everywhere. No access to anything without paying fees. The places pictured are on different properties far away. Very misleading. Smelled like cigarettes when we got in. Parking pass issues. Coffee pot issues. Spider webs and spiders on porch. Couldnt use. Construction going on waking us at 615am. Would have been nice to know this. Kitchen table wobbly. Duct tape on dresser in bedroom holding furniture together. Bed broken in other room which we had to repair. Pillows on tiny couches (uncomfortable) had brown stains on them. Internet would not work for gaming or tv. Vacasa tried to help fix it but we got no where. Called vacasa 3 times and texted waited an hour for any response with little help. I hate complaining but I saved a long time to do this for my family to be completely disappointed. We stayed out of place as long as we could to just avoid the disappointment. Will never trust the pictures again. I have my own pictures to prove the mess.

Great location

The location of this home cannot be beat. It is a 5 minute walk to the Tahoe Donner ski resort. We visited with our 3 children (age 8, 6, 6) and they enjoyed the games, the bunk beds, TV with Disney plus, the bean bag chairs, blankets. The house is very well stocked (portable heaters and humidifier). We have stayed at this condo complex 3 times now and, though the condo is wonderful, it's the first time we did not deal directly with the owners which is our biggest complaint. We will not stay at another property that is managed by Vacasa (which is a shame because we loved the actual condo). First, Vacasa texted us 5 hours before check-in as we are driving to Tahoe to tell us check in would be delayed by 3 hours (and it was snowing at Tahoe Donner). They provide a limited number of dish detergent pods (not enough for daily), they provide 2 rolls of toilet paper (one was partially used) per bathroom regardless of how many guests and how long you stay, the keurig was broken, the toaster broken (not sure who is responsible for this) and the upstairs heating system was broken (had it not been for the space heaters the upstairs would have been too cold to comfortably sleep). But there was nothing in the listing that stated we needed to bring our own toilet paper if we used more than our allotted amount (one of the main reasons we stay walking distance to the ski slopes and bring almost all of our food is so we do not have to drive out in the snow to get things like toilet paper). In the previous condos and houses we have stayed in Tahoe Donner there has always been more than enough toilet paper and supplies. Dealing directly with the owner is a different, more positive experience in hospitality.

This condo was perfect for our trip to Truckee. Our dog loved all the nearby walking paths. Super family friendly with lots of board games and an Wii included! We will definitely stay there again.
