Great stay in Santa Rosa Beach!

This property is wonderful. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make it great for a family or group rental. The location is minutes from the beach and lots of great places on 30A.

A beauty to behold!

Loved our stay at Dune Breeze! Great communication with host and very responsive to needs. Area of Villa is so clean and upscale with water views and super close to the beach! Pics just as advertised, beds super comfy. So awesome to have 4 separate bathrooms. Golf cart made it so fun jetting around 30A and to and from the beach. Absolutely loved our stay and would book again :)

Beautiful Beach Home

Perfect beach house! Had everything we needed and more. Great location to the beach, lake and swimming pool. Family friendly. Golf cart and bikes were awesome. Had beach chairs and toys for the kids. Safe area, locks on top of doors so little ones can’t open the door. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. Communication with the host was great. We plan on coming back to the area next year for our family vacation.

The property is exactly as shown! Upgraded appliances and the balconies were great for relaxing and stealing a moment alone. Golf cart was a major plus although beach is within walking distance for younger legs 😜. The community was very quite and restaurants were busy but the waits were not horrible. Community pool was 50 yards away and we mostly had it to ourselves. Simple issue with tvs but host quickly replied and helped us. Overall our stay was GREAT!

Amazing spring break trip!!

We had a great spring break trip with our kids, and our best friends and their kiddos. We had 10 people all together and fit perfectly. House was gorgeous inside, beautiful view from the balconies of Oyster Lake and from afar you can see the Ocean. The neighborhood was very quiet. There is currently a home being built behind this home they started building during our last couple days there so it did wake us up at 7:30am 3 days in a row. Only down fall, but that of course wont last forever. Make sure you bring, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. If you stay more than 2-3 days you will definitely need more. Everything was great and the property manager Lisa was very responsive the whole time. We definitely recommend staying here.

Family Vacation @Dune Breeze

We had a perfect vacation at Dune Breeze, the place have lots of space, it has everything you need for a family stay, it's quiet, with a nice lake view and just a few steps from the amazing beach of Santa Rosa Beach. Lisa was always responsive and ready to address al of our requests. My family enjoyed a lot and we will certainly return to this place in future vacations. Antonio

Very nice place

Overall we are very satisfied. Beach is walkable. Lots of beach extras in the garage. Place has plenty of room and was very clean.

Great beach house!

Awesome beach house! We shared the house with another family, 4 adults and 5 kids total. There was plenty of space for both families. The walk is as advertised, 5-7 minutes. We made the walk twice a day once in the morning for playing on the beach where we could always find a spot! And then again in the evening to enjoy sunset on the beach. The rental had towels, sand toys, beach chairs and a wagon that we used daily! Awesome trip, we’ll absolutely be back!
