Take in the San Francisco views at this quiet oasis!

Nestled at the top of the end of a Street on the hill resides this peaceful paradise. Every deck has a fabulous view! The whole house is bright and cheery letting lots of natural light flow throughout. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub with view!

Great location! 15 minutes to San Fransisco, 10 minutes to Sausalito, 1 hour to Sonoma and Napa, 3 miles to Paradise Beach Park or hop on the ferry and head to Angel Island or San Francisco the ferry is just 2.5 miles away!

*** Please note: during warmer months, you may see small black house ants, as we routinely have a Pest service to mitigate the issue, they are a state wide nuisance when the weather heats up. I have included additional suggestions to help mitigate with this in the Welcome Guide.

Additionally, the house is surrounded by wildlife and acres of open land, you may see spiders, even with Pest control services in place or even spot a deer in the backyard.

Very nice place. The BBQ and kitchen were very nice and came in handy while taking in the view. Would definately stay here again.

Another great stay

This is our third time here. Beautiful house, lovely views, and a great place to relax. I especially love going up to the rooftop deck to enjoy the views and breeze.

Good location with terrific views! Lack of toiletries was a bit of an issue (no shower gel or shampoo, and slivers of used bar soap in the showers), but luckily one person in our party saved those who did not bring backups. Our group of six found the beds comfortable, and there was plenty of room for relaxing after a day exploring San Francisco.

Sweeping Views

Amazing views of the bay while drinking your morning coffee. Previous reviews mentioned a problem with ants, but none were found during our stay - pest control yielded results. Multiple restaurants are a few minutes' drive in downtown Tiburon. Would not hesitate to repeat.

Tiburon house

Beautiful neighborhood and property, pictures don't do it justice. 30min/50 Lyft to the city, so I'd recommend a rental if you plan on traveling.

Great Views - Dated Home

Great views. But a dated home that needs attention. Master bath looks like it is from the 70s with mirrored glass, rusty frame, and missing lights around vanity. Inconvenient location of master bathroom on main floor completely separate from master bedroom upstairs.Second bath had leaky toilet that trickled all night even with the usual jiggle to the handle.Dead spiders in Kuerig coffee maker. Unorganized kitchen drawers for pots, pans, lids, etc. Owner expects ALL dishes to be washed, dried, and put away before their early imposed check out time of 10am. Ridiculous request. They even threaten additional fees if not completed, when they already charge a HEFTY cleaning fee of 395! (They also require purchasing damage insurance in order to avoid a deposit.)In addition, they require all trash to be emptied and taken to the street trash bins. The bin was full, but they told me to put the trash in it anyway. The bin would not close with our trash in it. New, larger trash bin is needed, and they charge a 395 cleaning fee, which should be more than enough for them to take out the trash and sort it by local requirements.Garage is only large enough for one vehicle. Other vehicle parks on the street. The driveway is too steep for safe parking and access in and out of vehicle.Other than these details, this was a good place to crash for two nights for a family wedding nearby. I would not have stayed longer than that in this property, which is why I cannot give it five stars.

Perfect in our time of need.

We had to travel to SF suddenly and needed to be close by our family. This property was minutes away, clean and solved all of our needs. Will stay again, bringing our children this time, when we come back in a few months.

Amazing views in Tiburon

This is our second year staying at this property. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but a short drive away from the beach, Muir Woods, the ferry to Angel Island, and other attractions. The views from the living room and the upstairs deck will make you want to be lazy and just watch the water all day though! The furniture and beds are all very comfortable, and the kitchen is updated and easy to cook in if you're like us and don't feel like going to a restaurant. Highly recommend sitting in the hot tub while watching the sun set over Mount Tam too. My only requests would be a handheld nozzle in one of the showers, and one or two more pots for the kitchen. We used the only one to make rice, but I usually make oatmeal every morning the old fashioned way too:)

Great house and location

We loved the house and location. I reallly enjoyed getting up and enjoying my coffee, reading and looking out over the bay. We loved being in Tiburon! And we loved the hot tub. The only thing to be aware of is the master bathroom is on a different level from the master bedroom. Not ideal but definitely workable for most.

Beautiful Tiburon home with view

We have stayed at several homes in Tiburon over the years and this was our favorite. Incredible views of the bay, well appointed house and great location on the end of a cul-de-sac walking distance to the Tiburon bike path. Communications was great with easy check-in/check-out. Will definitely come back for a future stay!

Turkey Day Homecoming

We selected the house because, being very familiar with the area, we knew it to be in a nice neighborhood. The property management team and owner were very responsive to a variety of issues we encountered, despite it being a holiday weekend. Our primary disappointment was that the house maintenance is lacking. Many little things just not up to par. So you pay a premium price for a posh neighborhood but get a house past its prime.
