Disfruta del nivel inferior de este retiro privado y arquitectónicamente cerrado del final de Cul-de-sac Mill Valley. Completamente separado de las principales salas de estar de la casa, donde vivimos mi pareja y yo, el nivel inferior tiene su propia entrada y espacio al aire libre. La sala familiar y las 2 habitaciones más grandes dan a la terraza dedicada, hacia la piscina, la bahía y el horizonte de San Francisco.
La propiedad se encuentra a minutos del puente Golden Gate, Marin Headlands y el ferry a SF, y justo arriba de Strawberry Village, que ofrece múltiples opciones para ir de compras y restaurantes.
Las famosas regiones vinícolas de Napa y Sonoma están a un día de distancia.
Las características adicionales de la propiedad incluyen una piscina de natación climatizada de 75 ', un gimnasio completo, una bañera de hidromasaje y un gran jardín maduro y exuberante. Fantastic experience! The space was clean and comfortable. We were in town from the Midwest for a family wedding and my spouse and myself, my sister in law and her spouse, and my brother in law and his girlfriend shared the space. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space is unmatched. We loved the pool area and lounge chairs, the view of the city is so beautiful in the morning. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and we were close to a grocery store and Starbucks that came in handy for some refreshment.

Lovely quiet neighborhood

The perfect spot to base ourselves for seeing the surrounding areas of San Francisco. It had everything we needed for our family of five. Enjoyed the hot tub!

Apartment rental-not entire house

The location and property manager were fabulous, but this isn’t the entire house. I missed that when renting. The apartment is outdated, and smells like mothballs. The kitchen only has 2 electric burners because it’s a galley kitchen, so no full size fridge. Also, we weren’t told the kitchen had ants, so in a matter of an hour, food we left out to cool was no longer eatable. The shower head in the bathroom in the master sweet drips all night, so you have to leave it on the shower floor and there is mold in the washing machine which is in the galley kitchen. The gym was old and out dated, but the view was amazing, and the pool and hot tub were fabulous. If you don’t plan on spending much time at the rental, this is a good place to sleep, but had I known these little pointers before renting I would’ve paid the extra thousand to get the entire house somewhere else. Note the stairs are a pain when dragging up luggage and the couch is hard.

February Break with Family of 4 and Grandparents

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment rental within this gorgeous modern home. The location was ideal with an incredible view of San Francisco and easy travel across the Golden Gate Bridge to city activities or into Mill Valley for excellent restaurants. We used the hot tub at least once a day and spent time relaxing and playing games inside. The living areas are small, but the apartment has everything you need!

Lovely Stay!

We met up with another couple for a weekend trip and had a lovely time at this VRBO. The hot tub was great and the pool was beautiful, but we only had time (and weather) for the hot tub. My one suggestion for the property is a more comfortable couch. Thank you!

Beautiful get away Home

This is a gem. So many amenities. Pool,Hot tub,Full gym,amazing views. The owner was always available and answered quickly. 3 nice bedrooms and tvs in each room. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property with stunning views. Just as described. It was perfect for our girls-weekend to Napa/Sonoma and had everything we needed. The hosts even brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate which was a lovely touch! We had an issue with the smoke alarms going off but our host was able to fix it for us. Also, beware, there are several stairs at this property so probably not best for those with any handicaps. Wish we would have had a chance to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. All-in-all I highly recommend this listing if you need a place to stay in the area.

Great family spot

We had a wonderful stay at Mill Valley Modern. Jeffrey was very helpful in getting us settled, the pool was a true highlight for our three boys, as well as the overall views, beautiful neighborhood and proximity to SF. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and perfect location

There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 teens. The pool was lovely, as was the hot tub! The location was so nice for both SF and Napa-safe and easy parking! Highly recommend!

Cozy, High End, Beautiful

We rented the apartment that is attached to the larger house and had a wonderful, comfortable stay with the most accommodating, easygoing, friendly hosts Jeffrey & Gary. All of the amenities, including pool, hot tub, and gym were available to us (though sadly we didn't have time to use them). It's clear that the hosts deeply care about and take care of the entire property and the listing. If you book here, you'll be in great hands with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and easy. Added bonus of being in beautiful Mill Valley.

Super property in a lovely area acriss the bay from San Francisco. 5 mins to the ferry at Tiburon and then a $7.50 trip across the harbour to downtown. Brilliant trip.

Beautiful property; communication challenges

This is a modern apartment with beautiful views — close to everything if you have a car. It’s on the smaller side but worked out for our family of four, especially with the pool. We had challenges communicating with hosts about issues in the home which frustrated us during first few days. They were resolved. No dishwasher but well stocked otherwise! Highly recommend Boo Koo, Flour Craft Bakery, Hook Fish, Farmshop and Rustic Bakery. Whole Foods and CVS are very close too. A great choice if you want to be outside the city but close to everything.

Stunning place to spend a few nights & days

Excellent throughout. Hosts were very helpful and friendly yet never intrusive. Property is gorgeous, and the area has many great places to explore whilst being quiet and relaxed.
