The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

You’ll have a great first impression of your vacation home as you pull up and notice the charming brick exterior of this traditional-style home. You’ll be able to park in the 2-car garage or there’s plenty more room on the driveway too. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated making this home feel fresh and modern, while still making you feel right at home. The open-concept layout, high ceilings, and large windows make the space feel bright, spacious, and airy. You’ll absolutely love the contemporary eclectic décor that lends some zest to the home.

The cozy living room has a high ceiling open to the upper level and huge windows that let in tons of the amazing Texas sun. It’s furnished with comfy furniture and gorgeous accessories. You’ll love chilling out here as a group around the lovely fireplace as you watch TV, chat, make plans for your activities, or reminisce about your fun-filled trip! The living room opens to the large, open kitchen with built-in appliances and lots of counter space. You’ll have everything you need in here to prepare your own fresh meals or enjoy some of our delicious local takeout. You’ll also have a breakfast area to enjoy your meals, while looking out to the backyard. Or you can have your food in your very own spacious and stunningly decorated dining room right off of the kitchen. The fully-equipped laundry room is all yours to use as well, so you won’t have to overpack your luggage.

With 5 roomy bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, you’ll easily be able to fit a big group without anyone having to fight over the bedrooms or bathrooms. Each bedroom is meticulously planned and outfitted with your comfort in mind. You’ll be sure to enjoy a great night’s sleep on the lavish linens on the high-end furniture. Plus, the main bedroom has a door leading out to backyard. You’ll love freshening up in the gorgeous bathrooms, all of which are clean and updated with modern finishes. The master bath has an amazing standing shower and relaxing soaking tub, plus a large vanity space.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in Haltom City, a suburb of Fort Worth, your vacation home will be in a GREAT location close to highways, restaurants, entertainment, parks, and trails. You’ll be conveniently situated just 20 minutes from DFW airport, 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and 35 minutes to downtown Dallas. While both cities are full of wonderful attractions, Fort Worth has more of the Texas/Western feel, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Buffalo Ridge Park Trail is located just a 4-minute drive away. It features trails that run along beautiful Big Fossil Creek. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, nature trips, and bird watching. Calloway Branch Trail (10 minutes away) is a 1.9-mile loop trail that features beautiful wild florae. The trail has many activity options and is accessible year-round. The Mountasia Family Fun Center (13 minutes) features mini golf, go kart racing, batting cages, bumper boats, and a climbable rock formation.

Fort Worth also has many must-see attractions with something for everyone. Sundance Square, recognized as one of the top downtown developments in America, is our shopping, restaurant, and entertainment hub and the heart of the city. The Fort Worth Water Gardens are a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing oasis and a true engineering and architectural achievement. Stockyards National Historic District, the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum, and the Japanese Garden are just a few more of the amazing spots that Forth Worth has to offer!

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is STR-25-001166 issued by the City of Haltom City.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
