Welcome to your luxurious temporary home! You’ll be certain you picked the right accommodation as soon as you pull up. The charming exterior of the home is accented by the large front lawn with lots of beautiful oak trees. You’ll be able to park your cars in the 2-car garage to protect it from the rain or sun. Inside, the space is beautifully updated and no detail has been overlooked in this sensational home offering an open-concept floorplan, fresh paint, and many windows letting in natural light. The stunning flooring and lighting are the perfect bases that the rest of the amazing interior design builds on. The space is bright, open, grand, and modern!



You will love the open-concept living area where everything is connected so everyone can be together whether they’re in the dining room, kitchen, or living room. There are beautiful bay windows at the front of the home offering a great spot to cozy up on the comfy chairs and get some natural light. The gorgeous luxe furniture in the spacious living room will make you feel indulged while still providing a great place to chill out together.



Directly off the living room, you will have your very own dream kitchen featuring granite counters, beautiful cabinets, amazing backsplash, and built-in stainless-steel appliances. You’ll have lots of space to move around, as well as tons of counterspace. If you’re inclined, cooking up a fresh meal in here will be a delight with everything you need included. Or if you’re just having some delicious local takeout, we have you covered for that too. When you’re ready to call it a night after enjoying all day, you’ll have 5 spacious bedrooms to choose from. They all contain beautiful furniture, high-end beds, and great décor and accessories. The beds are furnished with lavish linens and every effort has been made to create a relaxing atmosphere so that you can enjoy a restful sleep. You’ll absolutely love the 3 bathrooms, which are all very modern and nicely updated with great finishes. Unwind in the lavish master bath boasting a quartz vanity and frameless shower with dual heads.



Equally stunning as the rest of the home is the amazing backyard! It’s fully fenced in and surrounded by tall trees ensuring you’ll have the utmost privacy as you enjoy your personal oasis. There is a large patio space with an outdoor dining set so you can have your meals while enjoying the beautiful Texas weather. You’ll also have a relaxing hammock, as well as lounge chairs perfect for soaking up some rays. And of course, no good backyard in Texas would be complete without a huge, stunning pool perfect for cooling off in! (Please note that swimming is at your own risk.)

Conveniently located in Grand Prairie, your vacation home will be just 5 miles from the Dallas Cowboys AT&T stadium, 13 minutes away from DFW Airport, 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes to downtown Fort Worth. You’ll have easy access to both cities on either side. Drive about 20 minutes and you’ll hit Mountain Creek Lake, while Lake Arlington is also 20 minutes away. We’re right in the center of it all!



In addition to the many amazing attractions in Dallas and Fort Worth, you’ll be within minutes of several other great family attractions, including some right here in Grand Prairie. Shop awesome deals at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just 13 minutes away. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is a great time for the whole family (10 minutes away), and if you’re visiting during the holiday season, the Prairie Lights display is a must-see, just under 20 minutes away. Check out who’s playing at The Theatre at Grand Prairie, our live concert hall; be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum; pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys — all less than 15 minutes away. We’re also just a short drive away from the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.







★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★



Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ No Parking on Street★

Please enjoy the parking in the garage, the covered car port or the driveway. Please note new regulations in the neighborhood do not allow parking at all in the street and no commercial trucks are allowed at all.



★ No More than 12 people at any time★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. 12 people on premises at any time is the maximum allowed per city ordinance. ★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
