Large air-conditioned living room opening onto a veranda with kitchen area opening onto a terrace (24 m²) for meals overlooking the pool and countryside. Two independent air-conditioned sleeping areas:
- Floor 1, a bedroom (bed 160x200), private bathroom with WC
- Floor 2, two bedrooms (beds 160x200, office areas) sharing a bathroom with WC

HEATED AND PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, SEMI-COVERED
Sheltered by the old walls, open from May 30 to October 2, 2026 (dimension 8m x 3m, depth 1.2m to 1.4m swimming against the current, solarium with countryside view, deckchairs).
