Towels and linens included. Kitchen is stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, mixing bowl, blender etc. All beds are Sleepy memory foam. From experience we find them very comfortable and we consistently get great comments about them. Several guests have went home and purchased one after staying with us!

Located in South Chatham, you'll find that this home is close to all you're favorite "Lower Cape" towns, like Harwich, Brewster & Orleans! When you stay in Chatham, you're able to soak up ALL that the cape has to offer, since its pretty much under an hour to EVERYTHING! Public transportation allows groups to split up and explore various parts of the cape independently. Falmouth is 1 hr west, Provincetown is 1 hr north, The Ferry to Nantucket is just minutes away, and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry is 20 minutes away in Hyannis. All of Harwich/Harwichport saltwater Beaches are located on the calm, warm waters of the Nantucket Sound, which makes for nicer swimming - especially for little ones! If you want more waves or for surfing you’ll want to head east/North east and go to beaches on the Atlantic Ocean side such as Nauset beach, Nauset Lighthouse beach or Coast Guard beach among others! Harwich is a special gem & its one of the best places to stay in Cape Cod for couples/families who like to be outdoors as the bike trail runs through Harwich on the way to the Outer Cape and the Conservation Lands offer some incredible hiking options. We are just .1 of a mile to The Old colony Rail trail which connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. You can cycle your self all over the cape if you choose! If you're here for a wedding at Wequassett Resort, Wychmere Beach Club, or Chatham Bars Inn, they are all really close by!
