A family friendly neighborhood for your next vacation or staycation getaway has 3 beds/2 baths and office. This well REVIEWED home comes beautifully furnished with everything you need. The salt pool is included and will be kept at 86 degrees from 10 am to 6 pm. It is 20 minutes to Yacht Club Beach, 75 minutes to Siesta Key sand Sanibel Islands and 15 minutes drive to Fort Myers downtown for great night life, 5-10 minutes drive to multiple restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice clean home with salt water pool. Lots of towels. Gave a 4 rating due to some minor deep cleaning needed. Neighborhood ok. Host was very quick to respond. Would stay again. Thank you.

Awesome Home

Our family really enjoyed the home and especially the pool, it eas much larger than it looked in the picture. The place was really clean and uncluttered which made it very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Cape Coral.

Great stay

Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils common space was a little small for 6 adults, bedrooms and bathrooms were good size, beach gear was abundant, location is good 15 minutes to the Yacht Club beach (get there early) Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Island about an hour away again go early. The only thing I think the house needs in more lounge chairs at the pool in was difficult for 6 people to share 2 lounger I would definitely recommend this property.

Comfy vacation home

My wife and stayed at this house for 31 nights. Our kid's families also joined us for five nights over President's Day weekend (total of 10 people when they were there). The host quickly responded to any questions or concerns that we had. Check-in was very easy. The house included a great salt water pool, plus balls and tubes for the kids to play with. The pool water was kept at a comfortable 86F. We were even allowed to park our car in the garage. The house had everything we needed. Sorry to have to return back home to Indiana.

Excellent vacay location!

This property was wonderful! It was clean and comfortable and the heated private pool was very relaxing. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to the Fort Myers area!

Great home!

This beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood & perfect location for us to visit grandparents. The house was clean & spacious enough to unwind & relax after a busy day. The kitchen was exceptional, stocked with everything you'd have in your kitchen at home. We only wish that our stay was a little longer so we could of enjoyed the outdoor space & pool! The host was very understanding & accommodating to our situation.

Awesome home!

We loved the home. It was full of amenities. The pool and fire pit was a nice plus to celebrate our baseball tournament. We definitely felt like home away from home. Thank you very much. We are looking forward to staying again for our next tournament games.

A fabulous vacation home

We rented for the month and very much enjoyed our stay. The house is fully equipped with all that you could need, and shopping/conveniences are very easy to get to on Pine Island. We loved the heated pool and the backyard, used the grill a ton, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing time away from home. The kids/bunk room was perfect and we were impressed with how stocked the home was as far as beach towels, bath towels, and various odds and ends. The owner was very responsive and helpful, we appreciated her very much.

Great place to “Go home to” after long days of experiencing Ft Myers!

This property was everything it was promoted to be! Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful before, during & after our stay. She really went out of her way to make everything just right! Would HIGHLY recommend this property to a friend!

Exceeded our expectations!

House was in a great location. Clean and sanitized was definitely the goal and they did an amazing job. Home owner was a pleasure to deal with also. Very polite and professional. Definitely a must stay if your head to Cape Coral/Fort Myers area! We hope to visit again in the near future.

Beautiful Home

This home was amazing. The house was very clean and well put together. Host was very friendly and responsive and even permitted a early check in. The pool was great as well. This house was located near tons of stores. We had a great time staying here and can’t wait to return!

Our Cape Coral Stay!!!

OMG we loved everything about this property!!!!! It was clean, it was exactly like the pictures listed, plenty of space, loved the kitchen! The kitchen was fully stocked with just about everything we needed except groceries of course lol.... plenty of towels & beach towels for guests to use as well. The master was beautiful especially the shower & all rooms were clean!!! I loved the office great place to fold clothes, sit & meditate. The garage was big enough to put the Expedition(limited max) SUV we had too! The only 2 things I would recommend is more lighting around or in the pool for guests that would like to relax in the pool after the Sun goes down. The other thing is more TV's. The host was great with communication & she even worked with our flight accommodations by allowing an early check-in! I'll definitely book again if I'm ever back in the Fort Myers area.

Great cozy property in Cape Coral

My family and I spent great 4 nights at this property. This pool house was recently renovated, was very clean, well maintained, cozy and comfortable for us (7 people). Everything in the property was almost brand new: the grill, silverware, pans and pots, linens and towels, coffee maker, etc. Also, the property manager made it even better, she was very easy to talk to, timely responses using the app, flexible and accommodating. We had a great time and I definitely recommend this property for any group of 7 or less people that want to spend quality time staying home, enjoying the pool, dining in or enjoying several restaurants located within a few minutes drive.
